These shoes run big, at least a half size, and also wide. They are a nice color and style, and would probably be comfortable if the size was right. However, they have an unpleasant chemical odor.

Really cute shoe...felt quite a bit narrower than marked. Love Fitzwell's styles. Especially as I have a wider foot. This one sadly needs to go back.

They seem like they would be comfortable, but they do run narrow. I had to return them because they were just too narrow for me.

Bummer. These are cute. But the sole is too thin; feels like there's nothing (and there barely is anything) between my poor foot & the hard pavement. Plus whatever material they use on the inside of the upper, cut my toes; there's a seam in there across the toes. OW! Back they go.

Love the shoes. Fits true to size. Comfort level is perfect because the heel height is where you would like it to be even if you stand on your feet for lengthy periods of time. I would recommend these shoes for work or church.

Gorgeous looking shoe if you like the rounded toe look. Very very elegant. Problem for me is that the heel is a bit too high. Very sexy looking too!

As far as arch support is concerned, I have very high arches so no shoes (including these) provide adequate arch support. However, that is where the complaints end. Although they are high (you ARE looking at high heels), they're incredibly comfortable. They're easier for me to wear than lower heels due to the comfort. I have the black suede and they're perfect for speech tournaments (we have to wear professional looking clothes) where I have to be on my feet all day. From 8AM to 8PM sometimes. Long days in these heels are so much better than long days in any other heels. The shoe looks the same as in the picture and they fit perfectly true to size for me. (10.5 regular width) I can't recommend these enough. I just got home and found that my dog chewed one of them so I'm here to buy new ones and avoid my dog so I don't yell at him too much.

Wow! First pair of heels that I can actually wear! After the birth of my second child, my toes grew so wide that every pair of heels I've tried pinches my toes. These give me plenty of room. I will have to add an insert though to keep them on my heels. (I have narrow heels and wide toes.) Love them! They are very high though so walking in them will take some practice.

I have rather wide feet, so it can be really difficult to find shoes that fit well. The first pair I got from Zappos was a WW -- but only really through the arch (not the toe box, where I needed it)! These are pretty decent though. Some days they feel tight and other days they fit great. Overall though they're way better than any heels I find in stores.

These are just a tiny bit narrower than I expected in a WW width. I have a high arch so don't get much in the way of support, but the insides are comfy. The red has just a hint of pink to it, so if you are looking for a red that is on the orange side of the spectrum, this won't be for you.

Unfortunately, I'm returning these. One side looked like it had been worn at some point because some of the suede was rubbed off and the shoe was about half a size too big and wider than I had expected.

I was so disappointed with these shoes! The heel height was manageable, the sizing seemed accurate (I am normally a size 9½, but I ordered a 10WW to give my wide feet some room and they fit well), and the style was nice. However, once I took them out of the box the first thing I noticed was how cheap they looked. The leather is shiny and not good quality. They are not worth what I paid for them. They are going back.

I really wanted to like this shoe. After ordering this and two other nude patent Fitzwell styles, this was the only one that was remotely "nude" in color (although it did come out more of a yellowish tan color.) However, the toe had kind of a puckered look, making for a more mature style than I was lokoing for.

Fitzwell is a big tease! WW is more like C, so if, like me, you need an extra wide shoe, don't be fooled into buying this lovely shoe. You'll just end up feeling like one of Cinderella's stepsisters.

These had zero padding under the toe. I have short toes and even mine felt a little squished, although the length was appropriate. The heel had no traction at all and was slippery. I felt like Bambi on the frozen lake. Overall the quality was more what I'd expect from a pair of shoes at half this price. For this price, buy a pair of Clarks. I also agree with the other comment about industrial stink. The smell may fade, but they smell more like industrial waste than dyed leather. I returned them and will hesitate before buying another style of the same brand.
