Adorable shoe and great color but a little short in the toe box. This is a reoccurring problem with Cole Haan. It's a shame I have to return these shoes because they are very comfortable and true too size regarding the narrow width. Unfortunately, the 1/2 size up is sold out or these would be an exchange.

These are pretty comfortable, but run small. I normally wear 7.5 in Cole Haan heels and these were too small in that size.

Like some other reviewers, I really wanted to like this shoe. Despite the reviews, I ordered it in the hopes that it would somehow fit me. I ordered my usual size - 7.5 Medium, but it felt really tight both in the toe box as well as at the back of the foot. The style is great and this would have been my go-to flat if the sizing had worked out. I am returning it, but may order a size 8 Wide and see if that fits better.

As usual, a great Cole Haan product. Nice combo of patent and regular leather. Simple but not too plain. I love that Cole Haan puts nike air technology into the flats to make them more comfortable. Great for work and comfortable for commuting. I can be a 9.5 or 10 in flats but with Cole Haan I always go with 10.

I'd been looking for a versatile red shoe that I could wear to the office or on the weekends and these are absolutely perfect and the most comfortable, good looking, red, flat I've found. They did feel a teensy bit smaller around the toe but I'm sure they'll stretch out. There are tons of other sites to buy shoes from but I love that Zappos puts their employees first! How refreshing! You're an awesome company Zappos! I truly hope you rub off on others! I'll be purchasing shoes from you again!

I love these. They were my first pair of Cole Haan, and now I see why they are so popular. They really are more comfortable than all my other flats. I am on my feet a lot and these feel great even after a long day.

Love these shoes. They do run a little snug in the toe area. However mine stretched out after a few days and became very comfortable. I could have probably worn a half size larger than normal. I own two different colors and they fit slightlty different.

These are the most comfortable ballet flats I own! The leather is very nice and the Nike air technology makes the soles a little more sturdier and more comfortable than other ballet flats. I ordered a full size larger than I normally wear in Cole Haan.

Love these shoes. This is my second pair of Cole Haan ballet flats. They are pricey but so comfy. I have narrow feet, either 2A or 4A, and have a particularly narrow heel and these stay on great. I usually take a 10.5 but ordered an 11 as I find Cole Haan shoes run a bit small. My only complaint is the arch support - there is pretty much none.

These flats fit me true to size and I think they're adorable on. The only thing about these shoes is that they did take a bit longer than normal to get them broken in but once they were it was worth it. The Nike sole is so comfortable and I love wearing these. I would buy them again.

Love this shoe! It is very comfy and very soft. I sometimes have an issue with the back heel not fitting right on other brands, but this shoe fits perfectly, it doesn't use uncomfortable elastic at the back, and is still perfectly comfortable and no blisters!

These shoes are great. They have much more substantial soles than lots of ballet flats, but they do not look clunky. I did have a bit of trouble finding the right size (they run a little small, I think), but after a bit of ordering and returning I have gotten things straightened out. My only other comment is to say that I am not crazy about having elastic around the shoe opening. My experience has been that it is more comfortable to have more structured shoes (these are quite soft between the structured heel and the structured toe) without the elasticized opening, but I can certainly live with it in these shoes.

It took 3 tries to get the right size but worth it. I do have a narrow foot so these shoes work for me and I love them. Casual enough to wear with jeans yet dressy enough to wear with a suit to work. And very comfortable but not the best walking shoe as there is not arch support. With insoles, they could be the perfect shoe!

These are great! Very comfortable for all day, even with my aging runner's wrecked feet. They stay on, don't pinch,and are almost as comfortable as the other Cole Haan flats I bought last summer which are no longer available.

These seemed like the perfect red flat, but when they arrived the looked like coral/pink instead of red. I ordered 1/2 size larger than usual. I'm always a 8.5 in Cole Haan, but I'm glad I ordered a 9. Plenty of room in the toes. I might need a heel pad to prevent friction/slipping in the back until they're broken in. Overall, I'm pleased.

I ordered 1/2 up, a 10C, and found the length of the shoe to fit my foot. The C is not wide at all to me. I would've kept the shoes, but when I walk, the right shoe makes a fart sound that I don't want to ignore. They are very stylish ballet shoes, but I didn't get much comfort from the Nike Air tech. If you're on the heavier side, I don't think you'll get much comfort from these shoes.

The reviewers all mentioned the shoe being 1/2 size too small, since I was ordering a wide I ignored this advice. They still run small even in a wide. But they are adorable and comfortable.

I was a little skeptical about the shoes running a full size smaller, but after trying them on, it is certainly true! I wear a 6½B pretty consistently, but I decided to start with the 7B. They ended up being too small! My toes were jammed at the end of the toe box. The 7½B, however, was just right. I ended up ordering them online and they are great, super comfortable and cute.

I was very happy to see Cole Haan had cute dressy flats that were not ornate. I wear flats in my office and heels for important meetings, and Cole Haan makes the only heels I can wear because of the Nike Air in them. These flats also have the Nike Air, which makes my feet feel great after a long day. In general, I wear a 10 in shoes, but in certain Cole Haan flats I do need a 10½. These shoes, however, I got the 10½, having read that they run small, and had to return them and get the 11, which was a perfect fit.
