Buyer beware. I posted on May 9, 2012, that we were sending a new pair back because the cord broke. I did decide to order another pair. Unbelievably, the velcro closure on one of the new shoes is coming unsewn already. These shoes are great in all categories except construction quality, apparently. I've never had such rotten luck with shoes that should be quality. I may see if a shoe repair shop can sew the velcro patch back on, but such shoddy construction is not acceptable. If it can't be fixed, they are going back to Zappos. We've had much better luck with the Pedipeds we bought, but unfortunately, my 4.5 yr. old son doesn't like them nearly as well.

My son loves these shoes. Easy on & off. Jumping Jacks always fit his wide feet. He tried on about 6 different sandals and said these were the most comfortable.

Great support and easy to get on and off for my two boys! Keeps the toes covered while the feet can breathe.

I loved these shoes and so did my son, but they just broke and he has only worn them for about three weeks. The elastic cord broke where it is attached to the top loop near the toe of the shoe. The two ends of the cord are glued into that loop and it snapped and frayed. I do not know if it is shoddy product design or just a freak occurrence, which can happen with the best products. I am leaning toward the former, though, as my son is not unusually hard on shoes and they have barely been worn. I am undecided whether to give the style another try or not. They fit my son's needs and he really loved them. It might be worth the risk with Zappos' return policy.

Very cute sandal but this style runs very large. I have ordered three times and am now getting smaller sizes than my kids wore last summer. We have Jumping Jacks brand from last summer (different style) and my son wore a size 10 (US), this winter he had Jumping Jacks in size 11.5 (US). He measures a 12 (US) and I am now ordering him a size 28 (US10-10.5) in this shoe.
