Right out of the box these shoes were perfect. No break-in needed at all. I have a wide foot and ordered the wide width and it was perfect. They feel good and more importantly they fit good. They look better in person than the picture on Zappos. As always, I'm amazed at how Zappos can make buying shoes on the internet so simple and effortless. Thank you Zappos!

I had to go through 3 pairs of shoes (try and return) before, on my fourth, I received my Rockport Venetians. These fit! And they feel good. Excellent shoes, attractive styling, and wonderful comfort. Also true to size!

Looks great, and fits perfectly. Wearing this to the office and by the end of the day my feet are still comfortable. Worth the price! Highly recommended.

Runs true to size and width. Just got them, but have been wearing them around the house. Will wear them to work tomorrow. Quality is good, real stitching, and no obvious defects. Good casual, or with sport coat and slacks. Not dress shoes, obviously. Sole and heel are bit soft, probably not best for someone who does a lot of walking in them outdoors, as they will probably wear out. Given the real stitching, they could be repaired. Arch support is moderate. If my initial impression is incorrect, I will post again, otherwise my review stands.

These shoes are actually nicer in person! Real nice casual loafer that looks good and is comfortable. Zappos service is unsurpassed.

This is a comfortable, soft wearing show. They were what I expected and looked pretty much identical to the picture. I love the Rockport brand for their comfort and durability. My last pair lasted over 10 years so I trust the brands quality. They may cost a bit more in dollars, but they're worth every cent.

For the "oiled-off Nubuck" version, the shoe appears darker than in the photo on the page. Nevertheless, it is comfortable and I like the style as you can wear it with jeans, slacks, or even shorts.

Very good office shoes. Good looking, comfortable, dressy. Except, the soles squeak on highly polished floors. I tried a similar Rockport shoe first; it squeaked. Returned it; got this pair and it squeaks, too. I gave up. I'm keeping the shoes but office-mates can hear me coming when I go to the office reception and kitchen areas. Maybe all dress Rockports squeak on highly polished floors these days? Shoe-repair-shop guy said he couldn't do anything.

I really liked this shoe, but the sides rubbed my ankles and thus were unwearable. I even tried heal lifts, but required so much height, that the shoe would not stay on. I'm really suprised that these shoes fit so badly.
