They are great for just slipping on and taking off, but they do not have a lot of padding so don't plan to take hikes in them unless you like the barefoot feel. The other problem is they start to smell after wearing them for only a little bit, but that seems to be common with most sock-less slip ons. I am a fan of the environment friendly packaging and construction.

The shoe looks great, and felt it would be great paired with jeans for those lazy days at the coffee shop, or backyard. But, the true problem is with the construction. The insole, though I'm sure made to be removed, would push out the back of the shoe within several steps. This was super uncomfortable. Love the company Patagonia, but they failed big time on this shoe...surely its just a fluke. Keep up the good work Zappos.com!

I bought a pair of these while in Austin, TX in August (whew, really hot because I needed something close to nothing. Like everybody else says, the insole gets pushed to the back. This is from the toes digging in the front as you step forward pushing the insole to the rear. Geez Patagonia, did you all not walk in these before you let them loose on the public?
