Had to slim down my collection a bit (e.g. little Swiss army knife vs. the multi tool). With that being done, room for all of my whatnot and my iPad. Fashion and function. Love it!

I purchased this bag a year ago and have used it for travel. There are many pockets -- one on the opposite side which is perfect for travel. There is a deep zippered pocket on the inside as well as some smaller mesh pockets. The coin purse can be attached to the inside. I am able to carry a small umbrella, book and water bottle in this purse. The purse is just big enough and the strap easily fits over my body. Unlike other travel purses that I have owned, this hangs really nicely. I am thinking about ordering this purse in some other colors.

I love that this bag has so many clever pockets so it is easy to stay organized. The padded phone pocket is a very nice. I wish it was not so stiff when full of stuff, I wish it was a tiny bit bigger and more flexible and I hate the strap, it is too slippery and falls off your shoulder. I still like the bag and am keeping it.

Traveler

from W Mass

I took this bag on a recent cross-country trip. I really enjoyed it and its detachable wallet, and it ended up being the best choice travel bag for me (I tried a bunch). I had been entertaining a Baggalini but the most funky, least purse-like one at the time was a cross-body bag that I liked so much but it was asymmetrical and designed for righties, and I'm a lefty. I tried other Baggalinis and they were a bit too boring and nondescript in style. The Gadabout, in contrast, is more satchel-like (if you're not into purse shapes, which I'm not) and has funky contrast stitching that makes it a bit more interesting. The Gadabout was helpful on the plane, and in walking and exploring in the city where I landed. It's so light and easy to carry with many places to conceal and secure the wallet, and the external phone pocket is very handy. If I wanted my phone more secure, like when stowing my Gadabout under the plane seat, I'd just put it in a zippering pocket. I was on a business trip and I put my laptop in a Timbuk2 day backpack and was able to have the Gadabout for more accessible items, and it didn't pull on my shoulder at all. My complaints are minor: the contrast stitching and colorful lining are cute, but the stitch and lining colors border on pastel-y (looked more of a cool funky yellow-orange in the pic), and I wish it was a stronger color (other color options include pink stitching, which is so not me). I felt like they were trying to make the bag more "feminine", but I wish it would just rock out its funky strengths instead. The sand/orange was the least pastel-y of the two I ordered. It also seems the body of the bag could be 1" shorter in length and it could still accommodate a magazine and papers. But yes, that's picky. It's flat and doesn't hold much that's bulky and it will get a bit stiff if you put a small water bottle and a glasses case and your other smaller items in there, but the zip pockets help things stack inside the bag in a way you can find them. I would definitely recommend this bag to a friend, though I looked at their 2013 lineup and didn't see it, so perhaps it's discontinued. All the new ones were much more sedate and had lost their funk. I guess they're trying to compete with Baggalini. Too bad.

This is the most useful bag I've ever had -- holds everything I need (which is a lot) without getting bulky, and keeps it all accessible in the many pockets. I had a red one and found it in black at Zappos -- better for city dressing (though I could do without the pink stitching).

I love this bag. It is nice and thin and I love the color. It has great sections with the many zippers. The other thing I love is that it is made of recycled materials.

This is the most favorite purse I have ever had. I've had two now. It is so functional, the perfect size, all the compartments keep it easy to organize. It fits close to the body and is perfect for travel. The colors are great too!

Great versatile handbag. I wear to work with office attire and shopping and hanging out on weekends with jeans and shorts. It's worth the price---very well made. You can't beat having that many pockets to store necessities.

I am a new fan of Mosey bags, however, not this one for me. There is no depth to this bag so eyeglass cases make it bulge. Mosey bags have great fabric and style though.

I received this purse as a gift and liked it so much I gave it as a gift. The main compartment is big enough to fit a magazine and there are 6 different compartments in the purse keeping everything separated and organized. It fits sleekly against your body. The color is vibrant and it has worn very well. Very durable. 5 stars!

First off, the Curry color shown is way off from the actual color. It is not yellow at all. It's green. Not greenish yellow...green. I'm deducting a star for that reason alone. That said, I still kept the purse and I do like it for all the compartments. And the slim design forces me to keep all the unnecessary junk out of my purse. That's a good thing.

It's a nice bag, but it looked a little strange because the body of the bag is so long. Although I really liked the lightweight aspect for travel, the zippers look a little too enticing for me to feel safe. Although the purse can be turned so that the zippers face your body - which actually looks kind of cool. The zippered pockets on the front are shallow, so the layout just didn't work for me. I'd be searching several places to look for one thing. It would be nice if they offered different colors too.
