These Uggs are made cheaply. They run true to size while most Uggs are a bit bigger. The sheepskin on these is cheap! I normally love, love, love, Uggs but you have to go with regular vs. dyed sheepskin or the quality is poor.

If your shoe size is 8.5M, the boots fit perfectly. With the time they enlarge so, don't worry if they may fit tight at the beginning. I have to admit the contact at Zappos.com perfectly advised me on which size to choose. Regarding the UGG boots, I am sorry to say the quality is poor! I am so disappointed. I bought the care box from UGG and nothing helped to keep the boots in a nice shape and colour. They are almost grey on the inner part of the outside boots (i.e. at your right if you look at your left foot and at your left if you look at your right food). It's pleinty of stains. After waring them everyday since 3 weeks now, they look as I wore them since 1 year! Telling you don't buy them, you won't trust me. They are meant for ladies who have a chauffeur, go shopping for 4 hours in LA and have a coffee break with their friends. For sure they are on fashion and every celebrity wears them! But let's be fair: You pay for the brand only!

This is a cute pair of Ugg boots, but I am extremely disappointed because it dyes my feet pitch black. I knew it would initially, but it does still every single time. I hate it! The dye makes my skin itch, and I wonder if it is toxic, as sheepskin dyes are known to be poisonous, as they use arsenic in the process. I decided not to wear this boot anymore in spite of the comfort it offers. It was a huge waste of money. If you can, buy the natural colors from Ugg.

I love, love, love these boots! SO CUTE and unique. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them. The only complaint I have is that they turn white socks black. Very comfy and they run true to size. I usually order a little larger with Uggs but not this pair.

Love these boots! Super cute on. True to size. Due to color I ordered Ugg cleaner protection kit. I was worried salt would stain boot. Kit works awesome when used as directed.

I love these Uggs. Trust me, they are worth buying. I got these a while ago for the holidays and I love them. It took me a while to get them because of the size I needed (7). I'm a fan of Uggs in general which I get a new pair every year but these are by far one of the best styles I've seen. I never saw them in stores before and online they are very limited Uggs Australia website stopped carrying them and only carried them for a short period. I have been looking at different styles and I came across these. They are adorable. I'm 14 years old and I love them. All my friends are really jealous! Anywhere I go I get compliments and school the first time I came in them I was asked so many times where did I get them and that they are so unique. If you are looking for a pair of Uggs, these are the ones you want to get. Although theses Uggs run true to size not like other Uggs where you get a size smaller because they stretch. I ordered my actual size and they are perfect! I love these Uggs!

These Ugg boots are beautiful. They are exactly what I imagined they would be. Very warm, comfortable and cute with the bows in the back. They fit like other Uggs. I normally wear a size 6 1/2 and ordered the 6. Perfect fit. Delivery was surprisingly quick. I would definitely order from Zappos again and would recommend to others.

I purchased these for my daughter. They are really cute and different, you don't see them coming and going. Based on the reviews it seems to be hit or miss regarding sizing. She normally wears a 7 in other brands and a 6 in Uggs. The 6 in these fit her the same as her other Uggs.

Love these boots! They are super cute and very comfortable. Really great look for winter and unique. I've worn them 5 or 6 times and gotten compliments on most of those occasions. They seem to be true to size to me.

So I have several Ugg boots. I have the had at least 3 pair of the Classic short, I have the Bailey Button Short, the Bailey Button Triplet Tall, and now the Bailey Bow Tall. I normally wear a size 8 in shoes... Dress shoes, athletic shoes... size 8. That said, I alway get a 7 in Uggs - Yes they fit pretty snug at first (think of it as a nice warm hug for your feet), but they always stretch out, and before long they actually start to feel a little loose. Based on the reviews on this site, I ordered an 8, and while they are not as snug as the 7's I have, they are not as loose as 8's that I have tried on in the past. Bottom line is, I probably could have ordered a 7, and they would have fit me fine, but since they only have size 8's right now, they fit okay too... not too loose. So if you are hesitating because you usually wear a 7, you can order the 8, but they will not fit as snug as what you are used to. Also, as far as quality... These seem just as soft, and just as well made as every other "Authentic" Ugg boot I own.

This is my first pair of Uggs, and I love them! They fit comfortably and are so pretty looking. I notice girls staring at my boots all the time, I love it! They are perfect to wear casually or dressy. My white socks do get a very slight black color on them after wearing the boots, but is to be expected since the color is dyed, not natural. Zappos had these boots for less than the Ugg site, and offered free shipping guaranteed by Christmas! I ordered a week before Christmas and they came within one day! I highly recommend these boots and Zappos!

I gave these Uggs to my 12 year old daughter for Christmas. They are super comfortable and stylish! She is very happy with them, and has received so many compliments. When someone tells her that they didn't know this boot comes in a triple bow, she proudly tells them that this is a Zappos exclusive!
