I normally have to go up a full size in my running shoes (I normally wear size 13 and 14 in running shoes). However, these shoes fit nice in the size 13, with a good thumbs width between the end of my big toe and the end of the shoe. I suggest not buying these half size up as you normally do when buying running shoes.

The Saucony PowerGrid Triumph 9 are extremely comfortable and light weight, not to mention good looking! This is my fourth pair of Saucony running shoes, and I think they are the best pair I've owned yet! You won't go wrong with these.

Best shoe I've ever had for my prominent fifth metatarsal head. I love the fact that they are ventilated well. Great for all day wear as well as for running and walking.

Have flat feet and these did not work for me, had to return; tendency to roll slightly towards the outside edge. [I found the Saucony Hurricane 14 to be very much more to my liking.] Saucony is a good brand.

Good shoe but the outside pinkie toe has cross stitching that I feel would guarantee rubbing and blisters.

Been running in Saucony Triumphs for years but really disliking this latest update, called the Triumph 9. Been running in these regularly for a few weeks. The angle of the footbed has been lowered, moving my strike, feeling a bit strange and - unfortunately - resulting in my feet and calves feeling exhausted even after a short run. Going back to my last-gen Triumphs until I can find an adequate replacement.

These runners are like running on a 'cloud'! Have run with Asics, Nikes, etc. Definitely buying this shoe and brand again. Not a minimalist shoe, but very lightweight for the cushioning it provides! Can't go wrong.

My first Saucony and my first 8mm shoe. Feels very comfortable and supportive. Bought it using the size from my Brooks shoes and size was perfect. Will definitely use more Saucony in the future to mix up with Brooks.

I bought these for my husband who is 6'8" and 340 lbs, he started walking 3-4 miles a day and he tells me they are the best sneakers he has ever worn! Very stable and roomy, since he wears a 14 wide! Thanks zappos, you always have exactly what we need!! :)

The low rise from forefoot to heel makes forefoot striking easy. I used 11.5 instead of 11 as the 11 was just a bit too tight, but close. Laces are a bit elastic which are nice.

These shoes are great! There are some nice improvements from previous models. The lower heel-toe drop is nice and the vented toe box is great! Your feet will stay nice and cool.

I bought these for my boyfriend, who was in dire need of a new pair of running shoes, but was not keen on the idea of being fitted in a running store. I, myself, had been fitted for running shoes a few months ago, and had chosen the Triumph 9 in women's. They're definitely my favorite running shoe, so I trusted that this would be a good choice for him, too. The day they came in the mail, he fell in love with them just as I had! They're so breathable and have the perfect amount of cushion. Now he and I run together at least 4 times a week! Super happy with this purchase. And, as usual, Zappos wins a gold star. Love you guys!

Ahh, nice. The right width and length! Probably not so great for general non-running use; I think the super-lightweight super-ventilated shoe wouldn't hold up too well to daily wear and tear.

I am a larger than average runner (6 feet 190#). Currently training for a marathon and running 20-30 miles a week, I have found the Triumph 9 to provide a great ride. Enough room in the toe box and perfect support elsewhere. I had previously worn Nike Structure and Equalons and find these equal or better in overall feel. Five stars.

I previously was wearing the Triumph 8 and was very satisfied. When I went to replace them they, or course, are no longer made. Read some reviews that made me a little nervous about switching the the Triumph 9, but I have found them to be excellent. Good cushion, lots of room on the toebox for my fat mutant toes. Laces are much better than the 8's.

I've been a NB user for the entire 990 series owning about 15 pair. Disturbed at the new 990 fit and stiffness, I moved to these Saucony gems. As a big guy, 6ft 190, and a runner for 34 years, change is hard but these beauties are fine for me. Nice wide toebox, good cushioning. Happy trails!

These felt OK until I put my old pair of New Balances on. Like most running shoes they are way too narrow in the toes. Take your shoes off, stand up and look at your toes. No one's feet come to a point like these shoes do. I am convinced that people put up with this because they do not know better. But science has advanced. Companies are coming out with products based on the actual shape of the human foot. Once you have comfortable toes you will never put up with this pinchy feeling again. It is a shame that I have to always go with high end New Balance models, since the market is ripe for a breakthrough at much lower cost, and New Balance quality is not what it used to be.

Brands I'd also recommend: New balance high end, look for the wide toe box.

Hated this shoe. It's too cushy and unresponsive. I've been running in the Kinvara 3 most of the summer and needed something a little more structured for my long runs over 10 miles. Tried these and they have to be the slowest, most clumsy shoe i've ever worn. If too much cushioning is your thing, these are the shoes. What i did find is that the Ride 5 has the perfect balance of cushion to responsiveness. Highly recommend the Ride 5 for anyone that likes the Kinvara but wants a little more shoe.
