I tried this bra after I had ordered the vanishing back bra from Soma. I did not like that bra, it was just too much of everything. So I checked out Zappos because they always have the best of everything. I found the Spanx Bra after I had filtered for minimizer bras. This bra fits like your skin. It provides great support, clips on easily on the front, and the back is a wide, thin band that creates no overlap of skin anywhere. The cups have no padding, so you might want to invest in some privacy inserts should you wear it with a t-shirt in cold weather! Do not let the cost dissuade you from purchasing this bra as it is worth every penny. I bought the first one and then ordered two more. It is highly recommended.

Bras that close in the front are a treasure for me due to a bad wrist. Closing a bra in the back always took my hubby helping me. Now, I can do it by myself. This bra is so comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a comfortable bra. I've even slept in mine.

Love the idea of the bra, very comfortable, but I think it runs band wise a bit big as it rides up in the front which drives me nuts! I am a 38D. I may try the Razorback version, but will make sure before I remove tags.

Compared to VS this bra runs big in the cup size. I am normally a 36DD in VS bras, and am ordering a 34D in this bra. We shall see how well the 34D fits.

Nice concept, but doesn't work for me. It did resolve back fat, but the back rode up horribly. You are not able to adjust the straps. The band seemed to run slightly large. By end of day the bra sat under my armpits and the the back was up above my shoulder blades. I wear a 34DD.

Nice comfortable bra that does minimize. I like the front closure. It lies really flat on my chest. That feature causes me to have a little bulge on one side which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Did not like this bra at all. I am a 36D and have tried alot of brands. I was looking for a bra that was underwire, bra straps did not slip, but were comfortable and back would help with back buldge. After reading the reviews on this particular style I thought this was the bra I was looking for. It didn't matter that it was a little pricey. I just wanted to find a bra that fit me right and was comfortable to wear all day. I was very disappointed after trying it on. It was difficult to grasp both sides and close the front clasp. Once closed, the back of the bra rode up higher than the front and because it doesn't have adjustable straps, it didn't feel or look right. Not only that, the buldges in my back were worse, not improved. I am going to stick with the current brand I am using. I am returning this bra for a refund.

I bought two of these bras in the same size. Given the brand and the price-point, I expected consistency and comfort. Big disappointment. The bras could not be more different in fit and feel. One bra fit well, but the boning audibly creaks with any kind of moderate movement. By the end of the day, the boning begins to chafe along the side of my rib cage. The other bra did not squeak but it did not fit. (I stupidly pulled the tags off after wearing the first bra. Boo.) It's too big and consequently offers no meaningful support. Because the bra is not adjustable (front closure and fixed straps), it's essentially unusable. I'll keep using Spanx for things like tights and hose, but I will not try their bras again.

Like another reviewer, I am a 34DD and this bra, while softer than any other I've tried, rode right up my back. Horrible to deal with. Maybe not the best choice for smaller busty women? Too bad, I would have loved it to work out.

Best bra ever! Now if they could just make these padded, we would have it made. Love that you don't really even feel like your wearing a bra - it's so comfortable! 5 Stars for Spanx on this one! Worth every single penny!

Extremely comfortable. It's cut lower than most minimizers so it works with a v-neck top. However, I find that it loses elasticity quickly, so you have to wash often to bounce it back to its harnessing strength.

Fits well straps aren't adjustable but still stay on shoulders. I like the front closure. Doesn't seem to minimize much.

This is kind of a horrible bra. I bought it to wear with one dress to help with the button down front. As others have said, the straps aren't adjustable and so its a constant problem. It doesn't help back fat, just allows you to decide whether you want it above the bra line or below. As far as making the bust minimized, it does do this. But I really feel like its more of a mashing effect. I only wear it occasionally so I can deal with these things. Wouldn't not recommend for daily wear.

Extremely comfortable, great support. But I agree with another reviewer that said this product rides up on your back. This bra needs to be wider length-wise (top to bottom) so that it doesn't ride up.

This would have been a great minimizer - smooth, supportive, natural-looking, and the design of the back seemed to function as designed, no bulges. It is also cut lower than any other minimizer that I know of and I really wanted it to work. Unfortunately, it hit me in the front of my armpits on the sides and made little flesh folds pooch out over the edges. I am a 34DD/size 10-12 - not skinny but neither are flesh folds something I am used to dealing with. I could tell it was going to rub there and I would hate it in about an hour. I have never had that problem with a bra, and I think the cups were a little on the large side. The band felt like it was the right size, but it was still riding up slightly in the back. I had to assume that would only get worse the longer I wore it. I considered trying to go down a band size, but I was too weirded out by the fit and I am trying another brand instead.

This bra runs really large in the band size. I wear a 32DD and it was floating on me. The straps are not adjustable which I didn't realize. Also, there is boning on the side which poked me but maybe it was because the band didn't fit. I find it hard to believe that this is a minimizer bra - it was huge.
