These shoes are wonderful, I had planter fasciitis tried shoe after shoe, nothing worked until I bought these, I stand for 9 and half hours on my feet, nothing has even come close to these shoes, I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed a shoe with extra support, and this is it. I love these shoes! The first time that I wore these shoes was in a 5k race. Yes, I know that for running in a race one should wear wore in shoes, but these did great! These shoes are also very comfy. This is my first pair of Brooks, and even though they are a bit pricey, I cannot wait to buy another pair.

I have been running consistently for about a year and a half and these are the first pair of running shoes I have owned that fit me perfectly. I have tried numerous other brands and finally found my perfect running shoe in these. I think they are true to size. My heel does not slip like I read in the other comments. They are not super flashy but that is okay with me. I own flashy shoes that feel like boats. I needed these to run in and they are perfect for that. I am now buying them in another color so I can switch between them.

I love these shoes! This is my first time buying Brooks shoes and I don't know why I waited so long? I used to wear Saucony and I wanted to try out a new brand. I am pregnant and I needed to get a bigger pair of gym shoes for walking, gym and running errands. There is nothing worse than wearing small shoes while pregnant. It makes your feet hurt the rest of the day! I'm glad I splurged and got these shoes. I just hope they fit once I have the baby when the swelling comes down. I did notice they do run a little big and wide. I put in my orthodics and they fit just fine now.

I am a novice runner (just ran my first 5K race yesterday). I've had these shoes for a month and have been very happy with them. They're very lightweight and breathe to keep my feet cool. I'm a mild pronator and the support is just right for me. The toe area is roomy so issues with toes rubbing. Highly recommend!

First let me say Zappos has provided me with quick customer service that has led to me finding these shoes within two days after two returns within the two day time frame. Now the sneakers. They are really comfortable and I was surprised that the sole was not hard. I can feel the cushioned and DNA technology support. This is my first pair of Brooks and I am pleasantly please. Finding a comfy pair of shoes is sometimes difficult for me but was not difficult shopping with Zappos! Thanks Zappos!

These shoes are amazing! I've gotten new ones every year for the past three years and they continue to perform. For a running shoe it's recommended to get a size higher than what you'd wear day-to-day. These shoes fit true to size!

Just got my Ravenna 3 shoes this week and I love them. My previous running shoes were the Ravenna 2, so these are very similar. Smooth, stable, comfortable ride. I used to wear Asics Kayano but the newer models seemed to be of less quality (and much higher in price). I switched to Brooks about a year ago and recommend them for any runner looking for the perfect running shoe.

Toe box was extremely small. Am ordering a size up and hope this works. Was a bit hard to get laced correctly. Would be nice to have an all white shoe but...

I have the Ravenna 2 and was excited to get into the 3. My R2 were an 8 and I knew I needed to go up half a size so my toes would not get bruised again running. I am in Asics Kayano 17 right now in size 8½. I am terribly disappointed that the R3 were tighter than my R2 I loved the R2, just needed that bigger size. I regrettably will be returning these an have purchased the Asics Gel Nimbus instead.

Don't think twice if you need a stability shoe! I had another pair of Ravenna 3's that I wore out, so decided to get the same shoe in a different color because the Ravenna 4's (the most recent model) weren't as pretty! I ran in Brooks Adrenaline before trying the Ravenna style last year and I loved them. I did have to size up in these from other shoes (including the Brooks Adrenaline style). I wear a 9 in the Ravenna and an 8.5 in Adrenaline. This is the best part...before I ordered this pair, I bought the latest/greatest Adidas Energy Boost shoe for $150 after trying it on in my local running store. I thought it was the most comfortable thing ever...until I ran in them, ouch! In less than 1 mile my ankles were killing me and I had never experienced anything other than shin discomfort from any shoe in the past. So, I realized I really do need to stick with the "stability" of the Brooks. I immediately boxed up the Adidas for return and ordered these Ravenna 3's and after the 1st run I told my husband to kill me if I ever decided to stray from Brooks in the future. So...you should get these, stylish and stable!

Bought the Ravenna 3s after having ankle pain due to mild over-pronation. I tried them on along with the Adrenaline GTS 12 and 13, and the Ravennas were definitely more comfortable. Rather than order a size up, I took my athletic trainer's advice and ordered my usual size, 7. I'm glad I did - they fit perfectly. I have a slightly narrow foot, so I think they would feel small for a wide-footed person. I've been wearing them for a month now, and they instantly cured my ankle pain and over-pronation. There is enough support and cushion without being "too" much. I also love the black with yellow trim - they look great!

These shoes are very comfy. However, they run small. I always wear a size 10. But I had to exchange these for a 10.5 because they were not long enough. The tread on the bottom is great. Will definitely buy another pair once I wear these out!

I run 30-35 miles a week and Brooks is my brand. I love the Ravenna. This is my second pair and I find them to be very comfortable and true to size. They last me many miles and I definitely recommend them to all levels of runner. I even got my mom a pair (she is a runner as well) and she is hooked. They are also very cute on!

I love the style of these sneakers. I have high arches and also need extra support for pronation so I don't twist my knees when working out. I usually settle for what I consider to be ugly shoes to get this support -- but not this time. Got a second pair for when the first wear out!

I have been searching for a running shoe that I could run in for more than 1/2 hour without my feet hurting. These shoes are the first pair that I have found that I am able to accomplish that. The shoe does have a larger toe box than Nike or Under Armour (which are too narrow for me), so if you have a more narrow foot I would not suggest this shoe. That being said, the toe box would be equivalent to Asics, Adidas, or New Balance. The shoes are comfortable as soon as you put them on and about after three times wearing them they felt totally broken in for me. I would highly recommend these shoes!

I just got these shoes today and put them on right away so I could wear them around the office and make sure I like them. I LOVE them. They are SOOOOO comfortable. Compared to the New Balance shoes I was wearing before, these Brooks make me feel like I'm walking on marshmallows!! They're so comfortable, I feel like running. I had a pair of Brooks about 10 years ago and I strayed to other brands based on price. I now know that you truly get what you pay for and these shoes are well worth the money. I'm going to buy another pair so I can keep one in the office for my luncthime walks and another at home for evenings and weekends.
