Very disappointed--cheap dye. Brown shoes looked scuffed and discolored within 2 weeks! Loved the black version (comfortable and nice-looking), so I bought a pair in the brown leather. The finish/dye started wearing off and looking scuffed and scratched after one wearing (normal walking, etc.--I am not rough on shoes). Spent almost a lot on shoes that a week later look 10 years old! Didn't have this problem with the black pair.

These shoes are so comfortable that I have them is both black and brown. Warning: they run really narrow, so although all my other shoes are medium, I had to order these in wide.

This is an excellent shoe, and surprisingly comfortable, given the slightly pointy silhouette. I love the fit and last of Munro shoes, now that I know to go up a half size on nearly all of them. They are very sturdy. Unfortunately, a lot of them are frumpy looking, especially the sandals. This pair looks good though - I wish they were still available in brown. Meanwhile I'll keep checking out the sandals for a better looking pair.

Very nice, basic shoe with that little extra touch of the zipper to give it an edge. Fit my EE feet with no problems. Very difficult to find a basic dress shoe in brown, and this fits the bill. I've only worn them twice, but I can see that they do scuff easily - will have to polish them frequently. Still, I think they're worth it.

I love the fit and comfort of Munro shoes, and have had at least 6 pairs. I have worn them almost exclusively over the past several years. This shoe has not worn as well, with the stitching on the side of the shoe coming undone and the sole separating from the shoe at the toe end. I have had this issue in the past with a pair of Munro shoes. I expect better quality for the price Munro charges.

These are great looking shoes but they run narrow. I order EE width on all my shoes and these were too tight up by the toes.

Love. I haven't worn loafers in over 15 years and decided on these and am so glad. I got the black color. I have wide feet and these shoes don't make me look like I have wide feet at all! The symmetry on the shoe is excellent while still giving me the width I need to be comfortable. The soles are soft but I haven't walked "miles" in them yet so just rated a 4 for now. I have flat feet and I don't need much arch support. These don't really have support. The soles feel really cushy. I like how it provides enough coverage to still wear some thin ankle socks if I want the no-socks-look without the no-socks-feel. I can't fit wool socks in these. Very satisfied. Love that it is made in the USA too.

These are beautiful, classy and comfortable shoes, and I really wanted them to work out. But my regular size, 8W, was too tight everywhere. 8½W was a little loose in the heel, and it was still too tight across the toes. They felt more like a regular than a wide.

I have had several pairs of Munro loafer style shoes, but this one was by far the only and most uncomfortable one. I am not quite sure why. The shoe last feels uneven, particularly in the left shoe, but the right side is not that great either.

I am very disappointed with my new black Munro loafers. My first pair was completely worn out after 10 years. They were extremely comfortable and were essentially the same shoe style but without the zipper. I think the problem is the zipper. The fit is not nearly as exact. The shoes fit loose on my foot. It's a good-looking shoe, but for the money, it does not quite have the fit that I have become accustomed to in a Munro.

These are not the quality I expect from Munro after wearing their shoes for many years. The bottom of the shoe separated from the foot bed. The elastic started to tear on the replacement pair, and the separation was starting on this pair as well. They're a great looking pair of shoes, and comfortable as well. What a disappointment! I've never had issues like this with Munro, I hope the quality issues are an isolated situation.

I have worn Munro American shoes for years but "my" style appears to have been discontinued. I bought this one and have had to return them. The elastic on both shoes in my extra wide width shoes was fraying after just 3 or 4 wearings. I don't like the style nearly as well either although it looks more boot-like.

The shoe was okay, but not as sleek or as low as on the pictures. The toe was a little more pointed than I cared for and when I looked at my foot I felt like I was wearing a bootie instead of a loafer. I usually fit a 6-6.5 with the 6.5 being a little loose, but these 6.5's were tight. That being said, inside the shoe, my foot felt great. No seams rubbing in the wrong place & good arch support. For the cost and the fact that I'm not totally happy, I'm returning them.

I have wide feet and found these shoes to be very comfortable, and they look great with jeans. I wear them all the time. The leather is soft, which means it will get scuffed a little easier, but that is easily fixed with a bit of shoe polish now and then. Very happy with this purchase.

I have been wearing these shoes for years! Before Evie they were called "Caprice". They are comfortable, wear very well, and my orthodics fit in them perfectly. I have been searching the internet for a brown pair to replace my old ones.

I purchased this pair along with 3 others. All fit perfectly. With a size 11 foot and a number of foot and knee ailments, Munros are the best for my feet. Zappos is the most reliable online retailer I have come across. Easy to return items and everything is delivered in pristine condition.

This is a very good-looking shoe with slacks. Regarding Zappos' customer service: there was a defect in the elastic gusset which I did not discover until a year after receiving the shoe because I had not worn it much - the gusset had begun to pull away from the leather. Zappos replaced the shoe immediately and graciously.

I don't know whether to say that these shoes are a full size smaller, a half size smaller, a full width narrower, or a half width narrower, but they are not an 8N. They are a mini-8 mini-narrow. Order at least a half size up. I can see they are well made, but Munro's sizing is...interesting, to say the least.

Just received a pair of these shoes...and I must admit, I am a bit dismayed at the fit! I have a wide foot and always found Munro American to make a wonderfully comfortable shoe. These, however, are not comfortable! I thought I might return them and order a double wide. Then decided it wasn't worth the effort. Since there is no guarantee they would fit, so I'll just stitch with other styles that I know are more suitable for a wide foot!

I adore Munro shoes. I have 2 other pairs in different styles because they are incredibly comfortable. However, these shoes did not work out for me because they ran narrow. Granted I tried them on at night when all feet are wider than normal, but I need a shoe that can fit day or night. I do not have this issue with my other Munro shors. I have not lost my faith in Munro however and will look for a different shoe from them.

I love these shoes! They are silky smooth on the inside, a nice little stacked heel for dressy yet stable. The toe looks pointy, but they feel roomy inside. I have a high instep, and it still fits very comfortably. And my orthotics fit which is another plus, something to wear other than my gym shoes. They are nice and roomy in the toe box. They are stylish. These have it all. Zappos is great, but Munroe is the best!

The leather is very soft. The shoe is cute, comfortable, and looks great with jeans and dress slacks. My shoe size is a 11SS and the shoe fits prefect. My only complaint is that it is not skid mark proof! I would buy this shoe again another color.
