Lovely shoe. Length is exactly right. I'm a 10.5 (not a 10, not an 11), which is hard to find. Width is just right. Their 2A(N) is just that -- narrow. Too many narrows are still too wide for me. Quality of the leather is good. Shoe is just what I needed, a low heel loafer that fits.

I've been buying Munro American shoes for several years. They are a perfect fit for me and excellent quality. They are well worth the money! The Derby is a good choice for winter weather and also has good arch support.

I really liked the style and look of this shoe. It's very stylish. The leather is beautiful. I have a high instep and therefore It was too tight once I zipped it. It does have a little elastic on the inside of the shoe but for me it wasn't enough to give me comfort. However if you like this shoe I would highly suggest you give it a try.

I love these shoes. They were instantly comfortable and they provide excellent support. Great for keeping the feet dry when it rains. I'm considering purchasing a second pair. Highly recommend this shoe.

This is the second pair of Munro shoes that I have ordered in the past month. The brown color is very rich looking and from the moment I slipped them on, I loved them. They fits like a glove and the leather is supple. I am a 10W and these shoes fit perfectly. They are sharp looking shoes.

Very nice shoe. Looks good with opaque tights. Good for office and meetings, but it's not an all-day walking shoe.

Nice looking and soft leather but is very narrow without the orthotic. Orthotic doesn't begin to fit, unfortunately. I ordered the 11.5, sorry to return.

I love these shoes! They are silky smooth on the inside, a nice little stacked heel for dressy yet stable. The toe looks pointy, but they feel roomy inside. I have a high instep, and it still fits very comfortably. And my orthotics fit which is another plus, something to wear other than my gym shoes. They are nice and roomy in the toe box. They are stylish. These have it all. Zappos is great, but Munroe is the best!

The leather is very soft. The shoe is cute, comfortable, and looks great with jeans and dress slacks. My shoe size is a 11SS and the shoe fits prefect. My only complaint is that it is not skid mark proof! I would buy this shoe again another color.

I bought this style in brown and black, but returned the black pair only because I'd already worn the brown ones. It's really a man's shoe and a rather ugly man's shoe at that. So imagine how it looks on a woman. I'm going to give the brown pair to a male friend if it fits him and he'll take it. It turned out to be an expensive mistake.

First of all, I am usually a big fan of Munro. They have a lot of qualities in their shoes that are actually good for feet. I also do not usually mind paying more for good quality shoes and have owned many, many pairs of Munro over the years. I have to say I was disappointed in these shoes. I bought them because my other dressy loafers had worn out and I used to have several pairs of a similar shoe from Munro called Rio. These shoes really fit the bill. The fit is great, the shoes are comfortable, and they are great with slacks. The disappointment has been in the quality. After wearing them only four times, the leather upper has crackled. The surface is rough and the crackling is very noticeable over the entire front half of both shoes making them look much older than they are. The color has come off the heel from where my shoe contacts my car mat, and one of the gussets has frayed and pulled out of the stitching. The shoes will now have to go to a shoe repair shop. If I did not really need some brown shoes for work, I would have returned them. Munro usually has much better quality than this; I have had shoes of theirs last me for years. I was especially disappointed in the quality of leather.

Love. I haven't worn loafers in over 15 years and decided on these and am so glad. I got the black color. I have wide feet and these shoes don't make me look like I have wide feet at all! The symmetry on the shoe is excellent while still giving me the width I need to be comfortable. The soles are soft but I haven't walked "miles" in them yet so just rated a 4 for now. I have flat feet and I don't need much arch support. These don't really have support. The soles feel really cushy. I like how it provides enough coverage to still wear some thin ankle socks if I want the no-socks-look without the no-socks-feel. I can't fit wool socks in these. Very satisfied. Love that it is made in the USA too.

I have wide feet and found these shoes to be very comfortable, and they look great with jeans. I wear them all the time. The leather is soft, which means it will get scuffed a little easier, but that is easily fixed with a bit of shoe polish now and then. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a very good-looking shoe with slacks. Regarding Zappos' customer service: there was a defect in the elastic gusset which I did not discover until a year after receiving the shoe because I had not worn it much - the gusset had begun to pull away from the leather. Zappos replaced the shoe immediately and graciously.
