Yay! Re-ordered the shoe a size smaller than I ordinarily would, and they fit perfectly! I have size 5 W feet, but wear orthotics. Ordinarily, I need a 6.5B to fit foot and orthotic, but because these are so wide, the size 6 is fabulous! They are comfy, stylish and foot friendly. These will be my go-to boot for sure.

Such nice leather- supple and stylish. Very comfy and I know I will turn to these time and time again as my go to this winter. I ordered wide but think I might have been able to pull off the medium- a tad generous. But the upside is there will be room for warmer socks. I really like these so far- they have a great look and also the Clarks comfort I have come to love the past few years. Nice!

Disappointed with this boot, will be returning today. Was hoping for the Clarks comfort in a sleeker, more modern style. The photo is deceptive. This boot is very "chunky" and dowdy in appearance. If comfort is your only concern, they do feel fabulous. But they look like boots for little old ladies, my Grandma would love them.

I'm so happy with how comfortable these fit! I'm always trying to find nice shoes in size 12 (very hard to find!) with a small heel because they look nicer than flats, and these fit that description. Very happy with these boots!

Great boot. So comfortable, but it's a Clark's so of course it is. Very well made and beautiful as well. I have very fussy feet and won't wear something the least bit uncomfortable. The longer I wear them the better they seem to fit me too.

I was looking for boots to wear with my business suits that are comfortable yet fashionable, and these are the only boots that I found that fit the criteria. The heel is high enough to look good but not high enough so that I can barely stand at the end of the day. And when I am on my feet, it is all day. I would have liked a bit more trendy styling, but it is a classic look.

I love this boot. It is awesome! I have a bunion and most shoes hurt my feet. This boot was comfortable from the first day. It runs a half size larger, but totally worth it. If you wear socks, it will fit perfectly. I recommend it.

My whole family agrees these are very stylin' and they are comfortable too. They felt a little on the narrow side at first (10W) but they have loosened up.

The boots are made from a rich leather, with a soft hand. I agree with a prior review noting the narrowness of the forefoot and the relative width of the heel. I thought the forefoot would be too narrow but after comfortably walking around my house that afternoon, they seemed to loosen up a bit, and were quite comfortable. I think I may have to convert to this less than 2" heel height. They are great for all day walking.

I don't like the buckle feature & am sending them back because of it. It makes it look cheap. Comfortable, great heel, soft leather. I ordered wide (recommend it if you have had foot surgery), roomy and fits so well. I usually buy 8, never have option for wide. Looking for another similar boot!

These boots are fantastic. They are very good soft leather, the WW is good for me since I use orthodics. The heel is perfect for a little lift and good for an afternoon of shopping. The price is for fine quality, if you do not pay it you will not get it.

I love these boots, they are comfortable, nice to walk in and attractive with both dresses and pants. Quality is great leather is soft, and the sole has the right amount of grip.

I'm enjoying these boots a lot. They are a little loose in the heel, but I will wear a thicker sock in the future. They are comfortable for lots of walking and the heel is a great height. They're also really easy to get on and off.

Wish I could keep these. Nice leather, excellent arch support. The width was great except for the heel, which is way too loose. Even with socks my heels slip like crazy.

Beautiful boot but in error I ordered the brown boot rather than the black. I ordered a wide width which was a perfect fit but wanted the black boot. So I ordered the black boot in the exact same size as the brown but the black boot was too narrow. Returning both pair and, with my fingers crossed,ordering black in extra wide.

I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable and that I can wear all day without my feet hurting, but I finely found a pair! Thanks, Zappos. I can wear then for dress or just for everyday. I have really wide feet so I got these shoes in WW. I found that my heels were swimming in these boots and they would not stay in. Also the opening to these boots were really wide. These are well made boots that are comfortable, but they just did not fit.

Runs a full size smaller. Tight toe room. Dull brown. Not as nice a photo. Less arch support than Clarks other styles.

Disappointed... ordered the narrow and it left as if it were a 'normal' width. Even with padding, I was walking out of them. I don't get it: why do manufacturer's say they make narrow shoes when they really don't?
