Zappos was great! I bought these shoes for my son in November and a month later the eyelets for the laces were tearing. I called Zappos and had a new pair at my door within a day. Thanks for the great customer service as always!

I ordered these shoes in a 4 wide for my son. He was thrilled to finally find shoes he actually liked that came in a wide. However, when I received them, the box stated they were wides but the shoe itself seemed very narrow on his foot and the label in the shoe did not state it's a wide so I'm not sure if it's a labeling error or if these just run narrow in general. With that being said, Zappos is always easy to deal with so I know the return is a snap and will order something else.

I bought these for my seven year old son and he loves them. Tells me they are comfortable and he is pretty sure they make him run faster too! Feels like a very solid shoe and the shoe ran true to size for him.

We bought these for my 9 year old son who needs good arch support. These fit the bill in that respect. What I do not like about them is the stitching in the front, holding the rubber to the top of the shoe came loose on the first pair and we had a 6 inch long string hanging within 3 wearings. Zappos was fantastic about exchanging them, so I have nothing but stellar marks for Zappos. However, the new pair which we've had for about a month is showing signs of a loose string. Yikes! Come on Asics. I likely will look at another brand when we outgrow these.

These shoes look and fit my son well but fell apart within the first month of use. First the rubber at the front started to peel off. Next the mesh on the side of the shoe began to unravel.
