I wear these for cross training and a cardio class at the gym. I think they are great for mobility because they are lightweight. They're perfect for traveling with, as well, for the same reason. I bought the gray with pink and although I wanted something brighter, these are cute with a little pop of color at the bottom. I usually wear a 7.5 in sneakers and had to get an 8.

I love this shoe! I was a little nervous to order online but they fit like a charm. They have been perfect for my varied workout routine. I run in them (not long distances), and do a variety of bootcamp style up and down moves, weights, you name it the shoe works great. Plus I loved that I didn't have to spend a fortune like with a running shoe. So nice and lightweight. Oh and I took them hiking and the grip was great.

Comfortable shoe and adequate for cross training. Shoe does run short as others have stated. I wish the shoe had more shock absorption because I do a lot of jumping intermixed with weight lifting on my cross training days.

I love these shoes! I love that they are very basic, simple design. I would say they provide low to moderate support. They are lightweight and made my feet look narrow. I brought these for cross training activities and general everyday walking use. Also, I love zappos for their great service and super fast shipping!

Love these shoes! Like other reviews said, they're lightweight and super comfortable. I border between a 10 1/2 and 11, but I ordered the 11 because some reviews said to do so. They were right. A 10 1/2 would've been too small. My 11's fit perfectly! I'm going to order another pair.

I absolutely love this shoe. I used to walk on the outside of my feet and the padding in this has solved the problem. Since I am a waitress, I walk a lot, and this shoe has proven to be fantastic!

These are fabulous! So light, I thought the box was empty when it arrived. I found they fit true to size. I ordered two different sizes but kept the one that was my usual size. These shoes fit perfectly and have great arch Support. The only problem I have with these shoes is that they make my feet stink. None of my other work out shoes have ever made my feet stink like these so I have to wash them more than normal. But other than that I love them.

This is a great sneaker that is both comfortable and stylish. Feels about a half size smaller than stated so I would order up. It's important my footwear is lightwear with plenty of cushioning because I have sensitive joints. These are both. I fell in love with them as soon as I put them on.

I usually wear 6.5, sometimes 6. These were extremely small in 6.5. I just ordered a new pair to try out the 7, but wanted to give anyone looking at them a heads up. Be back to write a better review once I'm able to try them up, just go a size up!

As a Zumba fitness dance instructor, I need a variety of shoes for the variety of surfaces I teach on. These fit the bill for the slipperiest floor I teach on. They provide a good mix of traction for stability while still allowing me to pivot, twist and turn. There is minimal support with this shoe, so I only wear them once or twice a week, though it is a very hard floor that I'm teaching on. If I wore them too frequently, I worry I might develop joint pain or shin splints. They are slightly smaller than marked - I usually wear an 8.5 and I have a slightly wide-ish ball of my foot. I have the 9 in these shoes, and they are close fitting but still very comfortable. The upper is very flexible and soft. They are very lightweight.

The shoes fit great and are very comfortable! I love the colors and the way they look. The only thing I have to complain about is that there is not enough arch support for me to feel comfortable running/working out in them, which upset me because that's what I bought them for.
