A solid, good-fitting and lightweight boot. True to Keen style, a little clunky looking, but will be good for snowshoeing and athletic pursuits. Of the five different brand/styles I ordered from Zappos, this is the one I will keep. The Black/Tawny Olive is not really olive color at all, more of a grey. Liked the Gargoyle color better. Have other Keen shoes, and they all run small. Normally wear size 7, but even the 7.5 in these were a bit snug. Exchanged for size 8 in these, and they fit great with a pair of wool socks. Thank you Zappos for making my search for new snowshoeing boots a great experience.

Really, really like the grip, stability, and build of these shoes. But as many others have said, the shoes run a good half size smaller. It is fairly annoying because I ordered up and still found them to be painfully tight. I am ordering a larger size because I think these are shoes are perfect for my needs, but, having to order two sizes is just annoying.

I am happy with this boot, but the tongue and top of the ankle support are VERY stiff. I have been breaking them in and they seem to be softening a tiny bit.

Definitely go a half size larger than your usual shoe size if you order this boot. I ordered a 7 1/2 and an 8. The 7 1/2 is going back, and I'm not sure about the 8. That may be too small also.

These are too stiff, too tight, too bulky, hurt around ankle (upper calf) within seconds. I ordered these a full size bigger because of the reviews and they are still too small. They will be going back. I know that Zappos will make this experience comfortable so I will just keep trying. Thank you, Zappos!
