Zappos is the only place I can get shoes in my small size. The Columbia Sierra Summette boots I purchased have got to be one of the best boots around. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants comfort, warmth, stability and protection from water or snow.

I just had a blow out on my old Columbia boots (after 5 years of wear), so it was time to purchase a new pair. The old pair lasted so long I wanted to go with the same brand, so I chose these because of all the great reviews, and because they are gorgeous boots. My old boots were a size 9, but they only had 10 in this size, so I thought I would give it a try...a little more room for thick socks would be good, so why not. Well, they fit beautifully...not too snug, super plush and warm and even my toes stayed warm in the 15 degree weather this morning when I wore them for the first time. These boots slip on easier than my old ones, so that is also a plus...but the price was the best part of all! Thanks Zappos!

At first I was really worried about buying boots online but I took the plunge. I ordered a size 7, when I usually wear a 6.5 in shoes, so I could wear thick socks. I think if I'd ordered a 6.5 and worn normal socks they would have been too small. Anyways, these boots are very comfortable, really cute and soft! The insides are soft and they are super warm boots. It was -25 F here in Montana and I didn't even feel it. They're tall enough to walk through snowbanks and the laces pull super tight around the top so no snow gets in. If you are thinking of these, buy them!

Love the boots! Lightweight, Warm & waterproof. Had to exchange up a full size though. Will probably purchase again.

Like other reviewers found these to be warm and snug. Followed the advice and ordered a half size larger and they fit perfectly. I do not think I'll need more than a light weight sock -- definitely not a heavy one both due to warmth and fit.

Cute modern looking snow boots! They seem very comfortable. I would size up as they run a small, especially if you have a thicker sock on.

I love these boots. They are exactly what I was looking for. Was going to get the ones that were just a little more expensive but they were out of stock when I needed to buy boots. I am much happier that I saved money and got these. I have small feet and these boots are snug with my wool socks. My feet are warm and happy when we are outside in the cold.

Love these totally waterproof boots! They are lightweight, look good, but are a bit narrow inside to accommodate thick socks for colder weather.

So far I've only worn in about an inch of snow, so I can't speak to its abilities in high snow piles, but, I can attest to the warmth and comfort! These things are a treat walking to and from the train in 20-degree weather. My toes actually stay warm and there has been no friction or pinching. Pretty good non-slip action (as much as plausible on slick ice.) Fit right at size level so go up some if you plan fat sock layers. I really like these.

Oh so comfy! I've only wore these for a few days in the snow but they're so comfy, and I love them! They're very lightweight, and I love the cushy feel inside the boot. They even beat the comfort test when I tried them on side by side against some other lightweight boots I found at my normal haunt for snow purchases. It does size small. I normally wear a size 6.5 and tried the size 7 and 7.5 in these. I ended up going with the 7.5. So I would go a full size up, also to make room for socks.

These boots are by far the most comfortable things I can put on my feet, especially in rain or snow! I'm normally an 8.5, but I bought the size 9 so that I could wear thick socks, and it fits perfectly!

Very nice boot. Did return for a 1/2 size up. Not much difference between the two sizes so would recommend going a little bigger. The boot is well made and feels warm. Although I am not looking forward to snow, I am looking forward to wearing these boots!

These are awesome! It's hard to find stylish snow shoes that both do what they're intended to and don't break the bank. These come pretty close to perfect.

I just received these boots in the mail and I love them! I was afraid that they would make my feet look big and clunky but that was not the case at all. In fact, they are very cute and extremely comfortable! I feel like I could walk in them for miles!. The inside is also really warm so I am ready for winter! I would order a half size to a full size over your usual size. I ordered a half size above my usual size and it fits a little too perfectly. There's not a lot of extra room for thick socks. But overall, I'm VERY happy with my purchase!

These boots are great for walking in the snow and overall wet weather. They are very warm and have a good lace-up system to keep them tight on your calves. However, I measured my foot and used the sizing chart and the boots are still a size too big. They slip in the heel even when I wear thick ski socks. Overall, a pretty good purchase.

I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size up and I am so glad I did. The boots are wonderful. Very light, comfortable and warm - easy to wear indoors all day if necessary. They are very stylish and I highly recommend them. The only negative is that they are really hard to get on - hence the necessity of ordering half size up.
