If you have wide feet and need arch support, then this shoe is for you. very comfortable and easy to break in. Outstanding quality.

I want to like this one. You can tell it is a quality product but it has a huge arch support and you cannot replace the footbed with your own orthotic. Feels like you have a huge hump driving into your tender instep with every step you take. Ouch!

I've been on a slow recovery from plantar fasciitis for 6 months now and was looking for a shoe I could wear to the office and the bar with good arch support. This shoe was the golden ticket and gave me my life back. Within a couple days of getting my feet used to significant arch I was pain free and walking 3mi home from work. Thank you, Chaco!

These are turning out to be one of my favorite pair of shoes I've owned. I was a little worried at first, as they took about a week to break in, but are now extremely comfortable. I haven't put Nikwax (Nubuck & Suede Proof) on yet but plan to. I was told by Chaco ppl that they have no waterproofing out of the box. I usually wear a 8.5 (sometime even a 9) but needed an 8 in these. I've owned several pairs of Keens and these Chaco are not as wide as Keens - although they are getting a little wider as I break them in. They look great with jeans.

Great shoes and are very comfortable with terrific arch support. I ended up wearing them everyday on a 8 day trip to Paris. I walked many miles and found they were extremely comfortable. The large arch does take a short while to get accustomed to, but was never an issue. The only slight issue I found was that on warm days walking my feet really became hot after a while. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase.
