Shoe does not supply a lot of support and part of the inside layer started to peel within a couple days of use. But it looks good and I have received numerous compliments on them. I will probably buy another pair of Clarks somewhere down the line.

These are great looking casual shoes. A nice match with jeans, khakis, or just about anything except shorts. They're not uncomfortable, but I wouldn't want to walk long distances in these. The sole is very flat, and they're a little boxy.

No support. Very uncomfortable long term. The lace knot over the top of your foot presses in so badly that you get a red welt at the end of the day. The construction is very thin all around. Good looking but just not practical. I've got normal feet and in fact, this is the very first return I've made to Zappos.

I love these shoes. I was looking for something basic and stylish and so I got the "Taupe Nubuck" version. The color is a little redder than shown in the picture, but the shoes are handsome and go well with jeans. I generally fall into the less arch support the better (I grew up wearing chucks) camp, so these were perfect. They seem well constructed and the Nubuck is very soft and pretty. I'll probably be getting a couple of other colors in the future.

Great shoes! I've had them for over a year now and they are still holding up strong. Took me awhile to break them in. Like another reviewer, I also had problems with lace bite on the top on my feet, but they are so broken in now I hardly have to tie them to keep them on snug. Problem solved. Definitely my most comfortable shoes for the office.

Bought these for my teenage son who is a freshman in college and he loves them. He wears them with shorts and pants and they look equally as great with both. Great alternative to sneakers and a more hip look than boat shoes. Great buy.

Was looking for a shoe to wear on a 14 day European tour with a lot of walking. This isn't it. If you don't want to feel every little pebble in the road, take a pass on these otherwise stylish shoes. It's definitely an indoor lounging type shoe. For comfort, click on the "Born" brand.
