I have been struggling with shoes for a while now. I would have to say that my go to brand is ES. However, after I purchased a pair of the "Ellipse" I was completely disappointed. My ollie foot tore right through in about a week or so. They seemed more like a cross-trainer than a skate shoe. I did find salvation in Lakai. So much that I bought a second pair a week after I got the first. This would have been a good idea, had the first pair not completely blow out a day or two after I order the second pair. With my frustration at an all-time high and my hope for a quality pair of skate shoes dwindled to nothing, my cousin turned me on to Nike. Me being slightly hesitant to take someone's word, I did some research and broke down and decided to get a pair. I got the Nike 6.0 Mavrk. After a week I loved them. After 3, it's the only shoe for me. The sole started to go out just about when they started punching through, which I find remarkable because they are super thin suede. They are a thin shoe with nice padding. Not big and bulky like the shoes of the past. Not quite as thin as Vans, but a very nice medium. They are very light in weight, comparable to the "lightest" DC or ES out right now. Coming in a variety of colors, you would be sure to find a pair suited for your needs on and off the court.

The piece of fabric on the heel of this shoe that has the logo on it isn't sewn to the shoe. it is loose and flips up like it's supposed to be a handle for pulling your shoe on or something. It's not finished on the underside, often gets stuck up like some weird tag, and usually ends up going inside the shoe with your foot. I would never have bought these shoes if I knew about that. Horrible design!

These shoes are great! The style is awesome and great for chilling or just skating, they feel a little stiff at first but all shoes do. It just takes a day to break them in and then they are super comfortable.

These shoes are absolutely awesome! I have had them for a year so far and they are not close to worn out. They are super confortable and stylish to your everyday needs! And if they get wet, they dry easily.

Clean and simple looking. Runs a little snug on the width, but I'm sure a little wear time will stretch them out. Not bulky or heavy either. I usually wear a 9.5 in a New Balance, but that proved to be a little snug. Returned those a size 10, and the fit is perfect, minus the above mentioned snug fit on the width. If you need a shoe with arch support, these are not the shoe for you.

I switched from Van's Authentic shoes to these Nike Action Mavrk Low 2 (wow, that's a mouthful). The sole is much thicker on the heel providing more shock resistance. The shoe is also stiffer overall so it protects the foot more. I walk a lot in these shoes (even a quick run if I am late to the bus!) and they are comfortable and classy.

These shoes (I ordered maroon and white) are beautiful and extremely comfortable. The only downside is that they look a little funny. But I've had them on for a few hours now and I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend these to anybody

Watch out if you wear the larger sizes. I normally wear a size 12.5 or 13 in most shoes. The size 13 in this shoe was extremely tight. It is maybe a 12 at most. They look cool, though.

These are deceptively small. The squishy material that they are made of disguises the tightness. If you get your normal Nike size, they will feel okay at first. They will feel okay while you are walking around your house. They will feel okay if you run to the grocery store. But wear them for one full day and you will be kicking yourself for not buying half a size up. They will not break in. I have blisters. I cannot believe that I wasted my money on these. I am very disappointed.

This shoe looks legit but they are way too narrow, I wear a d width size 9.5 but I could feel my feet going numb and aching within a few hrs of wearing these, by the end of the day my back was in serious pain and stayed like that until I stopped wearing them. If u have narrow feet it's a great buy, but otherwise stay awake.
