Cole Haan never lets me down. These shoes are simple, classic and comfortable. They are not flats, but also not pumps. They have a great in-between heel height. They look great in patent and suede. And as an added bonus they come in various widths - narrow for me. You truly cannot go wrong with these shoes.

These are great shoes! I liked them so much I came back and bought a second pair in another color. They're super comfortable, versatile and durable. I've worn them with jeans, skirts and dresses. I've also worn them throughout a 15-hour workday that involved a cross-country flight, and they didn't chafe or stretch. They're not cutting-edge fashionable, but they're well made and look classy.

These shoes are very comfortable. My only complaint is that the side cuts down lower than most other wedges so my baby toe gets rubbed funny. I have a wide foot so I ordered a size up and got the wide width. Very cute and stylish shoes!

So comfortable and stylish. I have the yellow and looks so sunny. Red looks great too. The heel is an illusion heel and looks quite high though walks almost like flat shoes. A dream to ear and a lift to the spirits. Also one can walk in a shower of rain without ruining the shoe, as is patent. Wonderful!

I love this shoe! I got it in red patent and the color is so beautiful and classic. It fits perfectly and the heels don't slip off when I walk. The soft leather inside is really comfy on my feet, and the small heel is flattering but not big enough to even feel like a heel. The low cut on the sides sort of gives the illusion that the heel is higher than it is too! The cut of the top and the shape of the toe are perfect, so classic and classy. I don't see this shoe going out of style any time soon. The bottoms have grippy rubber that makes it really easy to walk but doesn't show from the sides when you're standing. It's a great shoe to have in New York, walking everywhere! I'd like to be one of those girls that wears heels all day but I'm not, and this shoe looks great but is still comfortable. I wish it were cheaper, but I can definitely tell a difference in quality between these and my cheap shoes, so it's worth it!

Bought the shoe to wear with pants for work. Ordered 2 sizes since I know others have said the sizing can run small. I normally wear a 10.5 so I ordered the 10.5 and an 11. The 10.5 may have fit with a truly narrow shoe, but the heel was too wide on both sizes. I wish Cole Haan would stop making heels so dang wide! Pretty shoe but it is sadly going back.

I concur with the other reviewers: the toe box is narrow and short. I normally take a 6.5C, ordered this shoe in that size, and the forefoot feels too narrow. It is also short enough to show a little "toe cleavage," which isn't a good look when the shoe is squishing the toes together a bit. And the patent leather is stiff so that the tight, low cut edges are likely to rub blisters. However, this is a really beautiful shoe, with a very comfortable sole, and a great heel: short enough for those of us who can't really wear high heels, not matronly looking, just enough lift to look dressy, and wide enough to provide stability for walking. So reluctantly, I'm keeping this on the theory that patent leather is often stiff when new so the forefoot may loosen up a bit. Wish me luck. I need a black patent wedge or pump with a round toe and a good heel, and this was the best of the ones I tried.

These shoes are beautiful in person, and I really wanted them to work out, but sadly, I had to return them. As another reviewer pointed out below, the shoe runs narrow (even in the C width I ordered), and the sides are really low cut. So if your foot is a bit wide, the sides of your foot will hang over the sides of the shoe (not a good look), and uncomfortable to boot.

I disagree that these run big. I got a half size up and they were too big. Exchanging for my regular size. Otherwise seem very cushy and comfortable inside although I have not worn them.

Following the advice here, I ordered a .5 size larger than usual. Unfortunately, they were too big, and I tended to walk out of them. I'm not sure, though, if the next size down will work. It may be that the heel is just too wide.

Very nice, dressy shoe. Toe is very rounded. Very comfortable shoe. I have long toes, so I needed a half size longer with the rounded toe.

Even though I understood that these shoes may be a little tight around the top of the foot, I decided to try them anyway since they are exactly what I was looking for. All the reviewers were right -- they are tight and they are not that comfortable at the top of the foot. However, they are a great looking shoe, well made and I'm counting on them loosening up where they now feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't plan on wearing these for more than a few hours at a time at first, just to be sure, though.

Lovely shoes but very narrow in toe box, I put thick band aids to stretch them a little bit, I hope it will help. They are very elegant though, and I know I will keep them :). Was thinking about exchanging for wider, but I don't want to have too much room in toe box either, so I will try to stretch them as much as possible, and they will be fine. Hope so :)

Nice fit but the quality of the suede doesn't live up to the price. I'm returning these for the patent leather ones. Maybe the PL looks richer.

I wanted to love these shoes, but they were too narrow for me. I ordered the wide, but I guess it is not wide enough in the toe box area for me. These seem like they have a lot of potential for those with narrower feet. The heel height is low enough to be comfortable, but it looks high and sexy!

This is a beautiful shoe but the reviews about the toe box were right. I tried to wear this in my normal size and it was too tight, and in the wide it was too loose.

The toe box is absolutely tiny! They are both shorter and narrower than it looks, which makes the shoe overall shorter and narrower than normal.

Absolutely zero arch support - when I slipped these on, there's actually a gap big enough to get several fingers between where my arch is and where the shoe is. Super cute to look at, but I can't imagine walking in them at all. These are going back!

It's a very nice shoe in general, but very uncomfortable, it caused a lot of pain to legs and feet. I wish I could return it and get my money back. Very not happy with this shoe, my friend that also bought the same shoe at about the same time as me complained about the same thing. My advice - don't touch it. Thanks.
