They are fun with jeans for a little splash of personality, but they would also work with slightly dressier attire if you are a walk-to-work gal. They keep out wetness, but are not super warm if you are dealing with snow.

Great boots! Comfortable and true to size. The only thing to note is they do run tighter than normal in the calf. Which also means they look better, than cheaper, wide, bulky rainboots.

I bought these boots for my daughter's birthday. She absolutely loved them; she thought they were very stylish. She wears them a lot! As far as comfort goes, she is not complaining. I guess that means that they fit her well.

Just got these boots and love them. Great style and the blue is not as bright as the photo shows (a good thing, I think). They're very comfortable and I have not noticed any unpleasant odor. My only dislike is the shaft is a little narrow. I'm of normal size and when I tried these on with skinny jeans they would not pull up all the way.

I love these boots! The only issue is the tabs holding the strap up on the back of both boots has fallen off. Otherwise fantastic!

These boots are amazing! I love to color/pattern, it goes with almost everything. The only problem I have is that they are a little snug and they are not good shoes for doing a lot of walking.

I bought these as a gift for my college freshman. She loved the style but the fit is odd. They are tight in the leg of the boot, while the ankle area is very full. Disappointed with the fit, but they are cute so she reluctantly sacrificed style over fit!

Bought these in the color I wanted, but they didn't fit. (They run small.) Zappos didn't have that color one size up. I ordered them in a different color one size larger than my normal shoe size. That pair fit, but they smelled -- as another reviewer says, they stink. Also, in the blue plaid, they just looked silly, like clown pants. I am hoping Zappos will get the color back in that I wanted in the first place, but given that it is rainboot-buying season, it seems unlikely. Disappointing, because the shape of the boot is nice.

I am disappointed because I absolutely love these boots, I love the fit, but they really smell! I have had them for months and the smell has not gone away. It gives me a headache if I am wearing them for too long. The smell has always gone away from all the other rain boots that I have had. These were the most expensive! Come on, Ralph Lauren! Your name means quality so own up to it!

Okay, so they are so pretty! But they gap in the back, I usually wear an 11 but I think I will try the 10. They smell like cheap plastic, and I expect more from Ralph Lauren!

The calves of these boots are so big that they look funny when I step. Also, they bend at the back of my ankle, so it's a bit awkward when I walk. I would love them if they fit a bit better.

This is a weird fitting boot. The top was so tight that it would be impossible to wear without skinny jeans; regular jeans don't fit. The ankle area was so loose that I almost could have fit a tennis ball in it. I am about 125 lbs, and I do not have large calves. I saw other reviews that they were tight on the calf, but figured it would be fine for me because I'm smaller, but it was really tight. If you will only be wearing them with skinny jeans or tights it would be fine (if you're okay with the loose ankley area), but I needed something a bit more versatile. Another note: don't buy them if you're looking for a warm boot. I love them, they look just like in the picture, but I have to return them.

I'm returning this ASAP. It's the biggest size 10 I've ever come across. Also, the ankle is huge and floppy, yet the calf is a bit tight at the top. They are a mess! It's a shame, because they look adorable in the box.

I love these boots, but had to return them. My runner's calves are tight in the shaft. I'm afraid they would eventually split. So sad because they are beautiful!

Outstanding boot! Higher, closer and more classic shape (especially shape of toe) than Hunter Wellies, which I also own. Fabulous comfortable fit, true to size and fully adjustable around calf with belt-like cinch, perfect for my smaller calves. Wonderful traction and waterproof. Ultra snazzy and earns admiration of many when worn on a gloomy day!

I love these rain boots and receive complements on them every time I wear them. The colors are subtle but gorgeous and truly original amongst all those boring Hunter boots out there. They are true to size if not a little wide but I wear thick socks when I wear rain boots anyway so it was fine. Be warned, there is no arch support. The sole is just as flexible as the rest of the boot so if you need a solid foot bed these are not the boots for you. I have put Dr. Scholl's insoles and that remedied the issue for me.

I love these! The pattern is to die for and these are great for skinny calves! They run about a half size larger which makes it easier to size down. Definitely recommended!

I have been trying on rubber boots for years, and always found them too clunky looking. These are sleek and as sophisticated as rubber boots are ever going to get! They are also, great for us slim-calved ladies.. The boot fits snug, but do allow for pants to be tucked in on me. For reference, my calf circumference is 13½" at the widest point. I love them! I want some rain now!
