Best customer service. When I had a question, the online instant chat worked easily. I did order too big a size at first and the return couldn't have been easier as well (and I don't do a lot of online shopping stuff). This shoe fits true to size. Heely's used to run small (several years ago) but not any longer. Love the shoes, we've had them before.

Double wheels are trickier than singles. The nice thing is, you can take 1 wheel out and switch back anytime you want. They are not plug and play - takes getting used to.

These were/are an excellent gift for my daughter. She had asked for them for Christmas, and I had honestly been rather annoyed by other kids using them in malls and other various stores so I initially had told her she wasn't getting any for just that reason. However, I realized that with some good parental guidance they could be a good gift. Needless to say, he smile on her face when she opened them on Christmas was nothing short of priceless. The double wheel feature gave her a chance to learn to skate more quickly than the single. Also, the wheels are so so easy to remove, she does it by herself whenever skating is inappropriate and wears them as regular shoes. Their construction is of quite a good quality and they are very recommendable and well worth the purchase price in my opinion.

My six year old loves her new shoes. She got them for Christmas and I think she has only had them off her feet long enough to sleep, maybe. They are easy to put on by herself. I ordered a size bigger than she wears and they are just a little too big, which makes no difference. I am very glad I ordered bigger. She took only a few hours of practice to get the hang of it and now she's all over the house, steering her way around. I totally recommend the double wheel version for beginners and first time Heely owners. We are very happy with our purchase!

Very well made shoe/skates. My 7 year old daughter loves them and likes the two wheel version. It's nice to be able to switch from two wheels to one. There is a little learning curve when learning how to use them but after that its just roller fun everywhere. The colors are very cool looking and she wears them also as regular shoes with the wheels popped off as well. Great deal, worth the money. Happy kid. (Home Depot now bans skate shoes inside their stores so they have to pop off wheels before going into store.)

Ordered the Heelys Sparkler for Christmas for my granddaughter she is 9 years old. I was a little worried about the fit after reading so many others reviews about the sizing. My granddaughter wears a size 2 so I decided to order her a size up making it a sizw 3. She was very happy to receive what she want and so was I that the Heelys was a perfect fit. It was very easy to order and did not take long at all to receive. Also the price was great! Thanks to Zappos we both had a Merry Christmas.
