I purchased these for myself...yes I am older than 12! (26 actually.) I thought they would be fun. I wear a size 9 - these are big, nearly a half size too big, but as long as the wheels are in and I am not really walking it's fine. (You have to walk on the balls of your feet so in this case slipping around at the heel in the shoe is minimal.) Only when the wheels are out and I am walking normally does the size issue become apparent with slipping. Happy either way - they are super cute and fun - and I get a fair amount of compliments on the style/color. Still learning to use them though!

These have been a huge hit. My six yrs old loves to use them in our local mall which makes it easier for me to get some errands done. She has worn them to school a couple of times with out the wheels and she seems to be fine. IT is a well thought out product.

I've ordered from Zappos.com a few times now and each time I was given my order before expected (practically overnight). They communicated via email that my order was shipping ahead of schedule. I'm ordering my kids shoes for the fall on Zappos. Never disappointing. And my daughter loves her Heelys!

The first pair of Heelys that I have seen that are actually cute enough for a girl to wear without the wheels (or with, for that matter). My granddaughter (age seven) is having a great time with the Heelys Chazz shoes. The Zappos clerk was very helpful. Even though we lost the one pair of black Heely's, size 2 that I was looking for to a prior sale while we were shopping, the pair she ulimately helped me find worked out fine, and my granddaughter is very pleased.

She loves them. I have actually seen her kiss them. She is only 6, but understood how to do them pretty quickly. They just take a little practice.
