I just received these, unbelievable comfortable. Like wearing your slippers! Do not be afraid to order this if you usually wear a wide width shoe. They will fit comfortably, due to the stretchy upper. Fabulous shoe. Highly recommended!

To me, Arcopedico's Lytech material looks like plastic. I've ordered and returned two pair now, these in Lagrimas Black, and a pair of boots in a silvery metallic. I haven't seen a style of theirs in leather, and they may be nicer, but these look absurdly cheap for what they cost, or even for the dollar store! They are very lightweight and stretchy - might make good bedroom slippers if you wanted to go out in the yard in them from time to time, but not at this price.

What a pleasant surprise! These shoes are incredibly comfortable. They are lightweight, which makes them perfect for travel. I plan to get another pair in a lighter color for spring/summer.

I ordered these shoes in a 41 and they were too short. I ordered the N42 boot in a 41 and they were a little big. I'm going to keep the boots and hope thick socks will keep them from slipping.

I am recovering from bunionectomy and hammertoe repair and have been searching for the right shoe to wear other than a tennis shoe. Arcopedico is made in Portugal and boy, is this a great concept, totally unlike any other shoe I have tried. It is made of stretchy fabric up top and has a wide toe box (even though it is marked a B width) that is great for post operative use. The sole has excellent arch support also. I just felt like the 39 was a bit short in the right shoe, so I re-ordered a 40 to compare. I ended up returning this pair as I found the Mary Jane style suited my needs the best. This brand is now on my favorites list for comfort.

Wow. I am very pleased. I wear about a 10.5 and have bunions, plus a rounded (not narrow or pointed) toe bed, so I'm always searching for rounded toe, but fashionable shoes. I ordered these in a 41, which was too short. I did not realize that it comes with a removable (or insert-able, depending on who tried on the shoe first)additional padded insert. The 41 might have fit if I knew to remove it. Anyway, the 42 fits best with the insert in the black pair, however, the 42 fits best without the insert in the cherry colored pair. Let me just say, these shoes are sleek and fun, and look fashionable and even kind of sexy-cute with my skinny jeans. The patent leather or shiny black intermittent pattern on the black pair gives a fun dressiness to the shoe (I can't wait to wear with tights and a winter shift dress). The cherry pair is a nice darker red/crimson with a gold or even rose-gold petite animal print. The color is not blaring or outlandish. I am very pleased and I thank Zappos for their awesome return policy. The first 4 pair I ordered were either too big or too small for the styles I selected.

Love these shoes. I have significant bunions. These give enough support but also have enough give. I love their appearance, and they go with everything I wear. I'm using them for indoor-only shoes, although prior to that I did wear them around town and they were comfy enough. The only negative is that my right big toe nail feels pressured after wearing for several hours - but that's a function of my bunioned-foot shape I think.

Finally, a ballet-style flat with great support, especially in the arch! I have a high arch, and have never been able to wear this style of shoe due to lack of support. So grateful to have found this shoe. The fact that it's machine washable is another plus. Unfortunately, I didn't pay enough attention to reviews about sizing on this one, and have to return it for the next size up. Looking forward to a comfortable relationship with this shoe.

I usually wear an 8½ or 9, but the 8 fits fine, as long as I do not wear heavy socks. These soles do not support the feet with arch support, but rather with a "bar" at the back of the arch, just before the heel. This is a different approach to supporting the foot, but I find it comfortable and supportive of my plantar fasciitis. They are not the most attractive shoes, but I still like them.

I wear an 11.5 so had to order the size 42. It does feel like a size 11, and the fabric at the toe rubs. I could get away with that since the upper is so stretchy. My reason for returning, however, is that the last of the shoe - the bottom mold - seems made to about a size 8. The "arch" of the sole does not fit my arch, but rather is a good inch behind my arch making an uncomfortable bump where there should not be one. That said, what I love about this shoe (if it fit an 11.5) is that it's like those ballet flats but WITH a decent sole and decent support. I do love this manufacturer, just not this particular fit due to the sole of the shoe seemingly designed for a smaller size, but just elongated at the toe to reach the size 42. I'm going back to order another shoe by this manufacturer.

Probably the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned - almost like a slipper only with with support! And very cute too. I just might order another pair.

I bought these to wear for work, while traveling. They are lightweight and easy to pack and they fit well. I wore them all day while walking around streets with cobble stones. It wasn't a painful experience, but it wasn't all that comfortable either. I need a thicker sole for that kind of walking--I could feel the pavement with every step I took. I have bunions and high arches; for the bunions, Arcopedico shoes are great. For the arches, not so much. I like more support. Still, for a semi-dress shoe, this one worked well. I'd buy it again, if only because its easy to pack and requires no break in time.

The shoes are fantastic. I bought a pair last year to travel in to the States. Unfortunately this year while I was moving, someone helped themselves to my shoes. I couldln't possibly travel thousands of miles without them. My second pair. Love them!

This shoe is lightweight, easy to pack, comfortable, yet wonderfully supportive. I found that it did not run true to size in comparison to my other Arcopedico shoes. I think I should have ordered a full size larger.

Most shoes like this don't have any support. These have an arch support that is very comfortable. The size runs small unless you like your feet to touch the end of the shoe. In this case, the shoe is soft so it's not terrible but I would suggest that you order one size bigger.

Arcopedico is my new favorite brand. I have extreme bunions and flat feet. These shoes are made of a stretchy fabric that conforms to the shape of the foot and they require no "breaking in." First time out of the box, I wore them for 12 hours - miraculous. The arch support was just right for my feet, but maybe not for someone with a high arch. Also, they are pretty cute (in black). I plan to order other colors.

I bought these shoes for a trip to San Francisco, I'm not a real "flat" person, but I enjoyed these shoes. I was completely comfortable and they didn't look too goofy on my feet. The nicest thing, they give you an extra insole so that you can replace after wearing them without socks. I like them a lot!

Sadly, these will need to be returned. I do have challenges with the European sizing sometimes, and this was no exception. The shoe was a little big and slipping in the heel, but a little tight at the vamp due to my high instep. Otherwise the shoe was cute, and the fabric/construction would be comfortable if not for those issues.

I have a small (size 5) slightly wide foot. I was looking for a flat to walk in and wear when I am on my feet. This shoe fit, although it was slightly short - probably that wouldn't have been a problem because the top of the shoe is more like a sock. The problem was the bottom of the shoe. I couldn't keep the insole in place when I was walking and the movement of the insole irritated the bottom of my foot. The bottom of my foot was also very hot. Overall, the materials used in these shoes make for hot, uncomfortable feet.

I wear these all year round. I normally need/like a supportive shoe and these don't really fit that description but they are very comfortable. I wore them 10 days in Italy and felt great! Plus I think they are kind of cute. I have them in 3 colors.

These shoes are amazing and I cannot wear any shoes at all! They solve all of your shoe/toe problems. Great if you have any issues at all with baby toes, I read a review online that they were perfect for a walking trip to Jerusalem. And I was going to Jerusalem so I bought them. And let me tell you, if you have never been, if a shoe of any type can survive walking around the ancient city, it can survive anything. My feet never hurt once. They weren't even tired ever and I am a person who spends most of her time barefoot. These are amazing!
