Zappos is the only place we could find these, this time of year. Usual size is 11.5. We found that the 11 fit better than the 12.

I returned another pair of slippers for these because the reviews were very high. Now that I have them, I'm not quite sure why. The sole feels like your stepping on a piece of cardboard. Zero cushion. The fleece didn't feel comfortable on my feet either. Like the shoe might have slipped off (no pun intended) if the sizing hadn't been tight on my foot. I'm going to be returning these soon and continue the hunt for a pair of soft, warm, and cushy slippers.

When this pair of scuffs arrived I discovered they were too small. So I went to the Zappos website to find out how to exchange them for a larger size. The only information I could find was how to return an item - nothing on exchanging. So I set up a Chat session (the first time that I have ever done that). The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She told me that if I would return the Scuffs within 10 days (or something like that) she would go ahead and put the new size larger scuffs in the mail immediately - which she did. When I got home from work the very next day, the new Scuffs were sitting on my back deck. Amazing! And true to my word, I put the too-small pair in the mail that day for an immediate return to Zappos. These are wonderful people to work with!

Couldn't be happier. I bought these for my husband for Christmas and they were so cozy ended up with a pair for myself. We live in Sam Francisco and our house is not as insulated as colder climates...but our floors are freezing cold, so a good pair of slippers is heaven. We've tried so many, but these were perfect because they are made so well, are so soft and cozy, and are easy to slip on and off. We both got black and the color is classy. Highly recommend.

Bought them for my husband because he is a brand name #$%* and I don't mind wearing the $10 slippers; he absolutely loves them and I actually find myself sneaking them from him from time to time. Very cozy warm.

I bought these slippers for my husband 2 years ago...and he wore them ever day...he loved them, so much that they eventually did wear out and I purchased the exact same pair again this year and he was thrilled to get new ones. 2 years is a pretty good life for that much wear on slippers I think. And Zappos is awesome as always, fast shipping, great service!

This was a gift for my husband and he loves them. They are not stylish, but the comfort outweighs the need for a good looking slipper. He is hard to buy for and he was pleasantly surprised by how much he likes them.

I bought these for my boyfriend and he wears them all the time. I bought a size up, and they were snug at first. Super comfortable slippers! A great investment for an everyday luxury.

There is nothing more cozy and comfortable, and they last forever. I just gave them as a Christmas gift for the 6th time. Everyone I have ever given them to over the years has become a fan. Well worth the investment.

This is a great slipper, with warm furry inside and durable soles. I got it for my boyfriend in the darker brown and he loves it. It's pretty modern (as far as slippers can be) so younger guys can appreciate it.
