Good wide boot and quite comfortable for standing 6, 7 hours on your dogs. I was not impressed with the weight though.
Brands I'd also recommend: Almost any American made wide width

Not a summer boot - What the description does not tell you is that these boots are insulated. I cannot figure out how much insulation, but they are pretty thick. This would have been nice to know before I ordered. I work in Afghanistan and these boots will only be suitable from Dec to March.

I'm a long time boot wearer. These are some of the most comfortable and best looking boots I've ever owned. The first day wearing them, I got stuck and had to walk through calf deep bama red mud. Thought I ruined them. My feet stayed dry and I washed them off with the hose and they still look new. I highly recommend these. They are insulated so expect your feet to get a little warmer than regular boots but its a plus now that it is cooling off a little.
Felt true to size
Excellent arch support
Felt true to width

I have shopped with a lot of on-line business's, and I can truthfully say Zappos is by far the best there is. Ordered this boot in a 12 for my grandson and they were just a little big. No problem the non-automated real person told me. I received the new size the next morning. I can't thank you enough Zappos employes!

At long last I have found the perfect winter boot. After reading glowing reviews about Zamberlan boots I took the plunge on a very expensive pair. Unfortunately, Zappos did not carry the model I wanted (the 1011 Canezei) so I had to order them from another company. They took 7 business days to arrive instead of next business day like Zappos. I wear 10.5 M but their European equivalent of size 44 was too short and too wide. The quality of material and workmanship was unbelievably impressive but I had to return them; shipping at my expense. Since then I tried a pair of La Sportiva; also too short in European sizing. They went back. Next, Chippewa 10" welted Pull Ons. Beautiful leather and a gorgeous boot. The 10.5 M was a perfect length but they were way too narrow. I could only get them on my feet without socks and did not think it wise to wear boots in cold weather without socks on my feet. I returned them for a size 11M. The overall fit was acceptable but the arch in the boot put uncomfortable pressure on the bottoms of my feet. During all this frustrating back and forth I had read glowing reviews about the Wolverine Multishock Mauraders. But Zappos did not have any 10.5 M's in stock. While trying to decide if I should keep or return the Chippewa size 11's, I looked one last time at the reviews of the Wolverines. To my surprise, there were suddenly 2 pair of 10.5 M's in stock. I ordered a pair Thursday night at 6:30 pm and they were on my doorstep on Friday evening when I came home form work. Zappos Is awesome! The Wolverines are amazing. The fit is on the loose side but the extra room is actually a good thing. I have the option of thicker socks or adding an insole with thinner socks. So far, I've only worn fairly thin socks with no additional insoles and my feet are unbelievably warm while taking my 2 Labrador Retrievers on their morning and evening romps on the golf course near our house. Indoors these boots almost make my feet too warm, but I hate cold feet so the extra heat is a good thing. I think the extra room in these boots help trap some warm air around my feet as I walk the dogs and my feet actually get warmer as I hike along the hills with my dogs no matter how cold the outside temperature. Waterproof, warm and comfortable. Exactly what I am looking for. And by the way, they cost much less than the Zamberlans and Chippewas. Thank you Zappos for making my search a successful one!

I liked the boot a lot, but the lining is junk. It wears out long before the boot is worn out and the are impossible to take off. I have had two pairs and it happened both times. I'd look elsewhere!
