It's great for a safety toe boot. Very comfortable with the 12 to 14 hours work days. But I wore out the bottom sole within 8 months and its starting to separate from the boot at the heel. I would buy this pair again.

I am an engineer so I just walk around in sites and there is not much physical work involved and these boots are falling apart. I wonder if I was working day to day as a labor or operator how they will be.

The best retail has to offer. Tried on a dozen or more boots. These had my top three things, steel-toe, waterproof, and are east to put on. They are also lighter than my previous Timberlands and have a nice comfortable feel.

I liked everything about these boots except the cuff pressed on my left ankle and made it sore. Finally had to return to Timberland as part of their guaranteed comfort deal.

I purchased the Timberland Pro Triflex TiTAN Safety Toe Waterproof Boot not knowing what to expect. They fit perfect are very light and comfortable and there was no break in period either which was a huge surprise because I have wide feet and wear a size 2EE. I highly recommend this product and best of all Zappos shipped it to me via Fedex for free 24 hours after I purchased it.

Thankfully I don't have to wear steel toe or composite toe too often. They're certainly not as comfortable as sneakers no matter what, but this is a comfortable boot, and it's a quality boot of course, it is a Timberland after all. The toe area is very open and seems like if you had to wear it a lot it wouldn't be too hard to take. All in all, it looks as good as the pictures. I'd say if you think you might like these, you will like these; and Zappos is still doing a great job.

I purchased these boots for the anti-fatigue claim. I am having very much difficulty in breaking them in, especially at the heels (blisters!). Normally I wear the Timberland's women's wide size boot, but I decided to purchase these men's boots because there are more options available in men's boots for my work environment. I have never had any issues with other Timberland work boots.

Boots are not as they appear in photo. Nothing on the boot or box indicates it is waterproof. I wonder if the correct shoe was sent! Also size is not right. Returning soon. Delivery time was good though. Should probably just stick with bricks and mortar stores.

I was happy with my boots until a couple of days ago when the little rubber pieces on the bottom started to fall off. Now that I've had them for four months I'm not happy any more because they should have lasted a little bit longer.

Brands I'd also recommend: die hard

The best boots for work I've ever had. This was my second pair of the exact same boot. I tried several other models from Timberland assuming the fit would be the same and found quite a bit of difference from style to style. The composite safety toe is not as cold as the steel toe and is a great alternative. Wish this boot came in an 8" but 6" works good.

I spent 2 years wearing the Timberland Men's PRO Endurance 6" Steel-Toe Work Boot and I loved them, but always felt they were a bit on the heavy side. Zappos has them listed as 2 lbs 7oz, so when I saw the Titan XL was listed as 1 lb 14 oz I jumped on them. I found them just a durable as the Pro Endurance, I still have both pairs of the 6 Endurance boots. The lighter weight is noticeable instantly and more importantly at the end of the day. I m in my boots 10hrs a day 6 days a week working in the manufacturing equipment industry. The wider toe also improves the comfort of the boot. If I worked in a unpredictable environment, the extra weight of the Pro Endurance would be worth it. I felt like those boots could take an IED hit. But working indoors in metal shop and factories, i ll stick with the lighter Titan.

I originally bought this boot for the waterproof quality, turns out the bottom of the soul started falling a part and water was soaking in. I figured I would give it another shot so I bought it for a 2nd time, even now when I'm in low water, I can feel water seeping into the boot. For the cost, I expect the boot to do what it says. If you work in areas that are wet you might want to look elsewhere. The only plus side to this boot is that it is comfortable without having to deal with breaking it in (due to the anti-fatigue cushion).
