This is my all-time favorite jacket. I love it so much that this is my second one (over several years, I wore out my first one). It's so lightweight, yet warm, breathable, and wind-resistant. My only complaint is that after a lot of wear the "nubby" finish gets worn down and the jacket doesn't look as nice, but that doesn't affect its performance.

I don't know what is happening with Patagonia products. This jacket was nothing like my old one. The lining was really cheap looking with a papery-mesh fabric which did not feel warm. The sleeves were stiff. I fear they are worrying too much about being "green" and not enough about putting out a product that is soft, warm and comfortable, i.e., the old style polyester and cotton. Guess I'll move on to another brand. So sorry.

I love this jacket! I have been a pretty loyal North Face consumer in the past, but this fleece is quite the competition! The inside lining has worked wonders in keeping me comfortable in frigid, cold conditions. I can honestly say I have not even had to break out my winter parka since I've owned this! Even though I have not seen any extremely severe winter weather this season, I would still highly recommend this jacket for fall, winter, and probably even early spring.

I'm really happy with this jacket. I love the natural color but mostly I love being warm. I got it to wear hiking and snowshoeing throughout the winter in all weather. I do wish the wrist openings were snugger. I am warm in all weather and wear it under my down jacket on the coldest days without bulk! Enjoy.

Love the look of this jacket; it is also very warm. I do agree with a previous poster that it is a little stiff feeling, but this probably contributes to the good wind blocking it has.

Love this jacket! Very stylish, fitted, and warm. I'm wearing it in sleeting weather at 21 degrees over 2 base layers and I feel great!
Brands I'd also recommend: North Face. Smartwool.

This fits well and looks really nice on, but you may want to order a size up if you want to layer something underneath it. This is a great lightweight jacket that keeps you warm and stops wind really well - unless you have the pockets unzipped; they're mesh so the wind goes right through unless you have your hands in your pockets. I love the sage green color, and the contrasting fabric along the sides and down the underside of the arms are great for a slimming look, and also for wear-and-tear. All in all I really love this jacket!
