These are comfortable like any other Sanuks but they have a paint splatter pattern on them that you can not see on the pics (at least the two pairs that I got do) that make them look like they are for a kid/teenager. Too bad, because otherwise they were nice.

Fit very tight, too tight. Did not fit like my other pair as Sanuks. I am very disappointed.

Son's surprise - The Kerouacs were a gift to my son's on Christmas. From the opening of the box, they have been on their feet. They arrived in record time, and were exactly what I ordered. Overall...A BIG SUCCESS!

Great shoes... but not shoes, sandals. These sandals are awesome. The only complaint I have is if you wear an eleven, order a twelve... they don’t come in half sizes, but just go a size bigger and it’s all fine.

Like walkin barefoot!! These shoes are the most comfy!! Just like wearin a pair of sandals in the winter!!!

Sanuk Kerouac - They're not kidding when they say, "These are not shoes". More like glorified flip flops. They are pretty comfortable, but will give you almost instant foot sweat since there isn't much ventilation, and the fabric inside isn't breathable either. Also, for the money, you might expect higher quality, but these are basically a flat piece of rubber with a canvas shell. Don't get your hopes up in that category. I would consider buying from Sanuk again, but probably a mesh fabric type.

Super comfy, but semi-houseshoe in style - I bought two pairs of Sanuks for a trip to Central America. They are incredibly comfortable and soft. A few things your should know - they are kind of difficult to get on at first as the elastic and canvas are a bit tight, however, that is not an issue now after a few wearings. The style of the shoe takes a bit getting used to - they feel and look kind of like an urban slipper. Cool thing about them is that the upper material is so soft, you can smash down the heel portion and slip them on like a sandal for a quick trip out to the car, mailbox, or corner store without any discomfort whatsoever. Keep tabs on the smell if you are a foot-sweater - they can get a little ripe if you don’t air them out.

A great alternative to open toe sandals. Comfortable enough to wear all day. Although, your foot can get hot.

Disappointed - I was so excited to purchase these shoes for my husband. They looked great but fit way too small. So unfortunately I need to send them back.

Sanuks - The shoes are extremely comfortable. The stand out when you wear them but you don't have to worry about looking out of place with them.

I wear an 8 but with this particular shoe it feels like I need a 7.5. Now it feels like every time I take a step I’m gonna walk out of them. Not cool.
