First of all ZAPPOs! gives great, fast service. These shoes came in NARROW - a difficult find. They are very light weight, but supportive. First pair of shoes I was able to wear all day right out of the box without discomfort. If you use orthotic inserts, these will accommodate, as the toe box is a bit square. I was satisfied with the look for work or casual. Also own a pair in brown.

These are the best shoes I've ever had for my bad feet. I wore a different, more expensive brand for maybe 6 years until I decided enough was enough. The shoes are very light, but very stable. And as always, Zappos service is the best.

Light and comfortable - Bought this shoe for my 17 yr. old son who needed a comfortable black shoe for his new job. I knew he'd be on his feet all day, so comfort was key. Hush Puppies are famous for that. They are perfect, have a classic look and weigh just about nothing. He didn't complain about wearing them, so they must look good too.

This new pair of hush puppies is as comfortable as my last pair, which was very comfortable, indeed. Own Multiple Pairs - My husband ordered these because he wanted a comfortable work shoe and has owned pairs of Gus before. He ordered them in both black and brown and they are the only shoes he wears at work. As always they were delivered as promised. He placed his order on Friday and had them the following Monday! We are always pleased with the service Zappos offers!

A WINNER! A part of our 1st purchase and a truly wonderful experience! We will not buy our shoes from anywhere else. Zappos.com has the hard to find shoes (Hush Puppie's Gus) and the best prices. My husband has never had a pair of shoes more comfortable--like a slipper that looks like a dress shoe. You can't go wrong with the Hush Puppie's Gus for a long day of standing or walking. The shoe is supportive yet light weight and so relaxingly soft to the feet. He won't wear anything else, so now I need to order the other colors. The free 4 day shipping was upgraded as a bonus by Zappos.com to priority at no extra cost. We were surprised that companies still treat their customers importantly and Zappos.com does. What a feeling! This is my second pair of Hush Puppies Gus. I wore the first pair for over a year at work and play and just had to have another pair when the originals finally wore out. I stand on concrete floors all day long and these shoes are the lightest and most comfortable that I have ever experienced. The sole is soft and wears faster than some others on rough surfaces and that's still a good trade for the comfort. Five star rating.

Lightweight and Comfy! My husband is very pleased with the "Gus" shoe. We were both surprised at how lightweight they are and he says they are so comfortable, he forgets he has them on. Also, they didn't cause blisters like most new shoes do. We'll buy them again.

The very best shoes for problem feet - I have very flat feet and bad angles. To make matters worse, I sell cars standing for long hours on concrete, asphalt, and tile. These shoes are the best I have ever had. I also bought a pair of mall walkers (also good but do not compare to my Gus's).
