I have been eyeing and researching this stroller for months. We used a snap & go type of stroller for the first five months after our daughter's arrival. I am just so glad that we did that, which gave us time to figure out what we would like for a stroller, instead of throwing a couple hundred on something we ended up hating. This stroller pushes very easily. I love the pull down shade that totally covers the baby when we take a walk in sunny California. For the price point, City Mini is a steal compared to other similar strollers. To me they all steer as easily in normal terrain, but I am not ready to spend that much on a stroller. That is just me, of course. For 2012 City Mini, they have modified the bar to the basket, which makes it open wider for easier access. It is not great still, compared to some other strollers which you can even use them as shopping carts. However, I find the change significant. I can not imagine how horrible the older models' baskets are. With the new model I still need to push my diaper bag through the U shaped bar. Four stars here. They say never hang things from the handle bar but I ended up doing it anyways. It is not light weigh, but if you do not need to carry it up and down stairs often, it is a perfect back trunk stroller with excellent one hand fold. I do not find the seat belts cumbersome as some others complain. All in all I am happy about the stroller.
