I just received this bag (with Zappos' amazing next-day service) and I'm sad to report that it's already back in the box for a number of reasons. First, the color isn't as appealing in-person as it is on-screen. The gold/light color part of the weave is much duller in actuality. More importantly, the quality in the make is simply not there. The synthetic leather does not feel or look nice, and the same goes for the pink polyester lining on the inside (something silky would've been great). The zipper is a pain; I had to put in extra effort each time I opened or closed the bag, just like the woman in the video. Finally, both of the handles are way too short. I'm 5'7", and the small handle allowed me to get my arm in and have the bag right up in my underarm. The long strap, which you can't adjust, was more appropriate for wearing over my shoulder than across. I would recommend this bag for a younger age group (I'm 27) that maybe isn't looking for too much in terms of quality and feel. But I definitely would not pay more than about half this price for this bag.

Zappos does a wonderful job with shipping! I received this bag in white and just love it! I love big bags and this one fits perfectly. I used the long strap and doubled it up as a shoulder strap. Thank you Zappos!
