Comfortable, attractive and practical. I find I need to keep two other small zip bags inside this bag - one for credit/business cards and one for "emergencies" (spare medicine, tissues ...). The external water bottle slot is too small for a water bottle and not secure enough for much of anything - I keep shopping bags in there. It has plenty of internal pockets for cash, keys, phone, pen, sunscreen, etc and plenty of room for other items. The dragonflies seem to be wearing off on the side that goes against my coat. Mine is black and seems to go with everything.
