Trying to find fashionable clothing in incredible fabrics that kids love to wear can be a challenge. But all that changed in 1992, when Moise Emquies began the search for the world’s perfect t-shirt. After an exhaustive ten-year search, he discovered the softest fabrics and most color-absorbing yarns to create this brand-founding t-shirt. Emquies built a brand around the comfort and ease that is the foundation of the line- it was ultimately named Splendid.
Splendid’s vision, which started with a basic line of adult silhouettes, eventually grew to become an amazingly cute line for boys and girls named Splendid Littles and Splendid Girl. Keeping with the same philosophy of incorporating bright, saturated color with a variety of basic pieces that include tops, pants, dresses, and sets, he achieved the right texture and feel for Splendid’s kids’ clothing collection ranging in size from infant to 14.
Parents know that kids’ clothes need the basics: uncomplicated designs and ultimate comfort; but Splendid Littles went beyond that, creating kids clothing for boys and girls that represent today’s hottest trends and fashion-forward styling.
