The color of these is really bone, not off-white. The heel solves the pants length problem of wearing ballet flats, and keeps you from walking like a duck. Very comfortable; I walk a lot in these!

This is a well-made shoe, comfortable w/deluxe lining, though perhaps slightly wobbly due to narrow wedge. Runs a half-size big.

I normally wear a size 8, but the size 8 in these were just slightly too big, and my heels kept slipping out. I got a terrible blister, but then I bought some pads to keep my heels from slipping, and now I love these shoes. They're really cute and great for professional wear. The wedge is the perfect height for someone who doesn't usually wear heels (like me). These feel sturdy to me, and so well made. The leather is soft, and plus, the inside cushioning is luxurious. I would not recommend buying a size down, even those these were slightly too big, since I think the toe box would be too small in a size smaller, but definitely buy some heel pads.

Cute shoe for work. The heel height is just right and the cushiony insole feels comfy. However, this shoes runs a half size larger than other Bandolinos I've purchased in the past. Sadly I must return these.

Love the shoes! Beautiful, nicely built, great cushion. But, have to send back too wide. Definitely not true to the width. Also, feel half a size too big. Sigh.

I would disagree with reviews that said the shoe was a half size larger than marked. I wear an 8.5 or 9, so I ordered an 8.5. Definitely too small. Waiting until the 9s come in - even when too tight, the foot bed is very comfortable, and the heel is a height I can be on my feet in all day.

Super comfortable shoes! I love these shoes. They are ideal for days when you have to be on your feet all day and still be slightly dressed up. The built is cushion and arch support is perfect. I really like how flexible the sole is.

Just got the brown suede in the mail. Beautiful, comfy shoe. I'm having to send it back for a half size smaller. Should have heeded the other reviews before buying. I did re-order though because they were so soft and very pretty. As always Zappos is awesome!

I bought these in grey. They are really nice looking, but feel bigger than marked. My feet kept coming out of the back of the shoes, and you can see a significant space between my heels and the shoes. I will exchange for a smaller size and see how it works.

There were huge! I normally wear an 8½ - 9, but even the 8½ was too long. The width is about right. Too bad; they are really cute and seemed like they would have been very comfortable if they were not too big.

I ordered these in both the 6 and the 6.5. I found the 6 to be snug in the toe box, and the 6.5 too loose in the heel. So, while I thought they were cute shoes, they just didn't work for me, and I returned them.

I twisted my ankle in this shoe within three steps of trying it on in my house. I was surprised and took the shoe off to look at the bottom. I thought it was a flat, but the heel area goes down to a very narrow base which makes it unstable. These are going back.

These are really cute shoes. They do run big, but I knew if I went down a 1/2 size they would be too small. I put a pad in the front of the shoe, and now it fits much better. Even though the heel does still feel a little loose, they are comfortable, and I have no problem walking in them. I purchased these because I broke my ankle and needed to get flats for my other foot that I could wear to work. These are perfect. Anxious to see how the other one fits when I get out of the cast.

I love the shoes, but they are slightly too big in the heel. If I order a smaller size, the toe box will be too tight. What a shame.

This shoe is very comfortable, has a super puffy footbed, and looks great on, but the 8.5 was too big. I am sometimes in between 8 and 8.5, but usually I wear an 8.5 in a dressy shoe.

Don't waste your time. I ordered this shoe and within two days it was so sloppy and stretched on my foot that I couldn't keep it on. Awful. Poor quality. What's up with this, Bandolino? We trust you to do better than this.

I love these shoes because they are so stylish and the heel is just high enough to make them a bit dressy, but still so comfortable for walking.
