These were really beautiful in person, great quality leather, stylish, etc. Sadly, the calf circumference of 15.5 inches definitely isn't at the place in the boot where a calf muscle is most pronounced and I think this would look great on someone with slightly less developed or more slender calf muscles than I have. I had to send them back because I couldn't get them zipped and if the widest part of your calf is lower, due to muscle development or short overall height, I'd try a different shoe. I looked at some information about the manufacturer too and seems they have a strong philanthropic bent, which is pretty awesome.

I am not a round toe person, so I appreciate semi pointy toe boots. These boots looked and felt very comfortable. But they are not my type of boots.

Not quite as wide as the description seemed. Not large enough for my muscular calves. Leather also seems on the cheap side. Its a shame because I really wanted these to work out.

Love these boots. Very expensive looking. Can't wait to wear them. I'm 5'2 and they hit just below the knee, so perfect height.

Great boots! I have been holding out on buying a nice pair of riding-style boots until I found the right pair, and I finally did! I don't know why folks in other reviews said that they run so big...I normally wear an 8.5, and the 8.5 fit me perfectly. I had ordered the 8 and they were way too snug. Would highly recommend this boot!

These boots seem very small in scale. I'm 5'8" and they seem a couple of inches shorter than the rest of my tall boot collection, hit too far below my knee. Additionally, they are more narrow in the calf then described. I have no problems fitting the calf in most any tall boot, but this was definitely tighter than most. Only leggings would fit, tucked jeans were too tight. Too bad I'll be returning them, the color is beautiful.

This is a great looking boot, but the fit didn't work for me. I usually wear boots with skirts, so I like the shaft to hug my leg. The top of this boot is very wide and sticks out too much. However, if you plan on wearing these with skinny jeans, I'm sure they will look great.

These are great looking boots, but were about a 1/2" narrower in the calf than marked so they didn't fit me.

Boots are very comfortable, look nice; calf area is large enough to wear over skinny jeans with room left over, if you are between sizes-order a half size up. Very happy with this purchase. Good price point. Recommend.

I was so excited to get these, I thought I'd finally found the perfect boot, they were indeed beautiful but they didn't fit me at all. Initially I ordered a size 10, the calf fit well but the foot was very snug and the overall height was pretty low. So I ordered a size 11 and the calf was huge, the foot fit perfectly, but still, not nearly tall enough. Companies should start modeling "riding boots" after real riding boots, which in my opinion are the prefect height, all these boots are too short!

These boots seemed to fit my foot comfortably, but they were too long in the toe area. They made my size 6 foot look large. The material looks cheap and synthetic. The shaft was cute but overall the boot looked really plain. The calf area did not seem large enough for any but the skinniest jeans. I am returning them.

Love these boots. Have received tons of compliments on them. I'm usually between a size 8 1/2 - 9. I got a 9 and wish I would have gone with an 8 1/2. Other than that, they're perfect.

Just received these in Ginger Calf yesterday after exchanging the Lucky Aida boot. I love them! The dark brown color is so rich and is perfect for winter. I wear a 7.5 normally and these were a perfect fit. They also have enough room for you to slide your jeans or tights into them without it being too snug. Looking forward to wearing them out this season.

These are great boots. They do fit narrow (which works for me) and are a very classic. The toe is not too pointy or too square...just right. I was worried about the calf circumference because I have really skinny legs.They were not terribly big on me. Overall, love this purchase and I am sure I will wear them a lot. Corso Como pumps are great...so I knew the boots would be too.

Beautiful boot, but calf circumference is definitely smaller than marked. I wear a size 9 and have athletic calves -- 15" circumference boots normally fit well but snugly -- but with these listed at 15.5", I couldn't even zip them up. Otherwise, they're gorgeous in the Ginger Calf color and seemed to have comfortable soles. For those with medium or thin calves, go for it!
