Absolutely zero arch support - when I slipped these on, there's actually a gap big enough to get several fingers between where my arch is and where the shoe is. Super cute to look at, but I can't imagine walking in them at all. These are going back!

The toe box is absolutely tiny! They are both shorter and narrower than it looks, which makes the shoe overall shorter and narrower than normal.

So comfortable and stylish. I have the yellow and looks so sunny. Red looks great too. The heel is an illusion heel and looks quite high though walks almost like flat shoes. A dream to ear and a lift to the spirits. Also one can walk in a shower of rain without ruining the shoe, as is patent. Wonderful!

I wanted to love these shoes, but they were too narrow for me. I ordered the wide, but I guess it is not wide enough in the toe box area for me. These seem like they have a lot of potential for those with narrower feet. The heel height is low enough to be comfortable, but it looks high and sexy!

Originally ordered my regular size in this shoe but it was much too small in the toe box. This was surprising since I have another version of the Air Talia (beige with bow)that fits beautifully. I ordered a size up in the suede style and it fits nicely. The beige Air Talia is my favorite shoe and great for long walks on city streets. I could wear them all day and the suede version in the slightly larger size feels much the same. I do a lot of walking on cobblestone/brick streets and the Washington Mall and these shoes keep a spring in my step. I just can not believe how comfortable they are and still look chic.

Gorgeous shoe, very uncomfortable, though. Love, love the look and quality of this shoe, but I have narrow feet and the toe box was still too small. The cut of the shoe is the problem. It dips too low on the outer curve of each foot, so your toes are squished and it cuts into that part where your pinkie toe connects to your foot. Of course CH makes beautiful shoes, I just think this model is not for all feet.

Cute shoe, but ouch. 5 blisters in three hours!The cushioning was great, however the shoe runs narrow and is low cut on the sides. I have blisters in places I have never had blisters before.

Nice fit but the quality of the suede doesn't live up to the price. I'm returning these for the patent leather ones. Maybe the PL looks richer.

Lovely shoes but very narrow in toe box, I put thick band aids to stretch them a little bit, I hope it will help. They are very elegant though, and I know I will keep them :). Was thinking about exchanging for wider, but I don't want to have too much room in toe box either, so I will try to stretch them as much as possible, and they will be fine. Hope so :)

Even though I understood that these shoes may be a little tight around the top of the foot, I decided to try them anyway since they are exactly what I was looking for. All the reviewers were right -- they are tight and they are not that comfortable at the top of the foot. However, they are a great looking shoe, well made and I'm counting on them loosening up where they now feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't plan on wearing these for more than a few hours at a time at first, just to be sure, though.

It's a very nice shoe in general, but very uncomfortable, it caused a lot of pain to legs and feet. I wish I could return it and get my money back. Very not happy with this shoe, my friend that also bought the same shoe at about the same time as me complained about the same thing. My advice - don't touch it. Thanks.

I always wear an 8 in every shoe: flats, heels, etc. I read the other reviews and bought this shoe in an 8.5. I am glad I did because it fits perfectly and would have been too tight in an 8. As with my other patent leather Cole Haan's, these shoes look classy for work and for play. I'm a 32 year old professional woman.

Very nice, dressy shoe. Toe is very rounded. Very comfortable shoe. I have long toes, so I needed a half size longer with the rounded toe.

This is a beautiful shoe but the reviews about the toe box were right. I tried to wear this in my normal size and it was too tight, and in the wide it was too loose.

Following the advice here, I ordered a .5 size larger than usual. Unfortunately, they were too big, and I tended to walk out of them. I'm not sure, though, if the next size down will work. It may be that the heel is just too wide.

I disagree that these run big. I got a half size up and they were too big. Exchanging for my regular size. Otherwise seem very cushy and comfortable inside although I have not worn them.
