This is a great product. Admittedly, I am a huge Nike devotee, but this speed ladder was worth the money. The ladder is different than the speed ladder from sports practice - the rungs on all sides are from a tougher material that has something very firm inside. As a result, the ladder does not fold like regular ladders but instead you fold it like you would a triangular handkerchief and then store it in the bag. I use this for drills and like that it is low to the ground and almost impossible to move if I step on it once I have placed it on the ground. The only two downsides are that the bag is a little large with the ladder and hard to fit in a small gym bag (and forget putting it in the drawstring type knapsack - it will extend a good 6 inches) and that the ladder is a little shorter than most ladders once you have it laid out, as this only has 6 rungs.
