I've been in search of a good summer casual shirt, and this is the best one I've found so far. The things I look for are a straight hem with side vents that look good untucked, some kind of wrinkle-resistant material that looks presentable without much fuss, little to no branding on the outside, and a trim fit (I'm 6'2" and 170 lbs, so most shirts of this style tend to be too baggy in the medium size). I've looked at several hundred shirts at numerous stores and online, but none come as close to what I want as this one. The Kuhl Stallion meets most of my criteria except that it lacks side vents and has some branding. I might try to put in side vents since without them it tends to pull open in the front exposing an ugly brand tag on the inner placket that I'll probably end up removing. The exterior branding consists of a small tag on the left sleeve (easily removable) and the word Kuhl embroidered between the shoulders (fortunately not very noticeable in the blue version). The pocket and yolk detailing are quite nice (fabric is offset 45 degrees) and the collar is stiff enough to keep its shape without being rigid. The fabric puckers very slightly like a seersucker does but less so, and has some nice raised parts of the weave that add dimension. When washed in cold and dried on a low heat setting this shirt doesn't seem to shrink and it comes out ready to wear.
