Even cooking, handles easy to grasp with potholders. No warping with first several uses Zappos expedited shipping for free, just another example of their impressive service.

Super fast shipping, cleaned up very nicely (I was a bit worried after removing the turkey it looked like it might take a while to clean). The size and weight of the pan is very nice. I easily cooked an 18 lb turkey in this pan and think it could fit one a little larger easy enough. Very happy with this purchase. I do wish the handles were a little further away from the pan (for when you are pulling the bird up and out of the pan), but otherwise a nice design.

Very nice heavy weight roaster and just what you expect from Calphalon. A 23 lbs. turkey fit with plenty of room to spare.

Very pleased with my new roasting pan. As promised, there was no burning of the gravy goodness, just wonderful brown bits and good juices to use. Cleaned up nicely too. I followed all directions about pre-treating re: olive oil on paper towel versus using a spray oil. I will echo the feedback of others on one con: the roasting rack does slide in the pan. We cooked a heavy bird but with a lighter roast that would be annoying. Otherwise very satisfied!
