These are super cute and comfortable. The materials are good but I wanted to wear them up and the way the back of the boot is cut out was a little weird to me so I'm returning them. Made in China like Uggs.

I have had little success with finding boots that fit me perfectly. Zappos customer service has been phenomenal. But on a whim I ordered these boots and I loved them! I have flat wide feet and big calves but these boots fit perfectly. You may even want to go down a half size.

I love these boots! I'm usually a big Uggs fan, but I decided to try these out. I got the gray and I love the color. They go with pretty much everything. They look cute folded down, or up. The fleece inside is very plush. They feel just as comfortable as my Uggs. I'm very happy with these!

I love, love, love these boots! Very cute, warm and comfortable. I usually wear a size 8.5, and I ordered these in a size 8, and they fit perfectly, even with socks. Since they only come in whole sizes, they would definitely had been too big.

Wow amazing! I just ordered these shoes late yesterday and got them today before 1 p.m. I am impressed. The shoes are exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't sure what size to order. I am normally a 7-7.5 depending on the cut of the shoe and have wide feet. Most of the reviews suggested ordering down a size, but I went with my intuition and ordered a 7 instead of a 6. I'm glad that I did. The shoe fits my foot perfectly with no socks. The color grey is not too light or too dark. I like the idea that the sheepskin is waterproof unlike the Uggs. They look great rolled up or down. You can't go wrong with these boots. Thank you Zappos for great delivery.

Keeps my feet warm! Wore them outside without socks (in a MN winter) and my feet stayed warm. Comfortable to wear for short periods of time. Like the style:) I usually wear 6/6½ dress shoe and a 6½/7 boot or running shoe. I tried the 7 and 6 and kept the 6; it is roomy with bare feet and fitted with socks.

Love them. I ordered them according to the size I would usually wear. At first I thought they were too small but after wearing them for a couple hours they felt great. They look great up or folded down depending on your outfit.

This boot, unlike the shorter buckle one does run true to size. But just like the shorter buckle one, it is too wide in the heel. So, my hunt continues, but big kudos to Zappos in their speedy delivery.

They are like wearing the most comfy pair of slipper ever! I went up 1/2 size because of the sheepskin lining. They are very warm and very comfortable. They are UGG like, but I think have a bit more flair.

These boots are absolutely the best snuggly boots I have owned. I have several pair of Uggs; but really prefer the fit, style, feeling and price of these Emus. They feel like walking on a cloud that surrounds my whole foot! I wear a size 9 and these size 9's fit perfectly.

I thought these boots were cute, which is a huge admission from someone who finds the Uggs-type boots unbelievably ugly. They are super warm and comfortable, but I wish they made half sizes. I wear a 7.5, and the 7 was too small (toes hitting the front of the boot), and the 8 too big (feet sliding around inside), so I had to return both, very sadly. The heel is also quite wide, so there is significant heel slip whether the boots are too big or too small. There also seems to be quite a bit of variation in the shearling. Of the two pairs I received, one was very thick and plush and white, and the other was comparatively thin and much darker in color -- it was perhaps 1/3 thinner and much less dense. (On the thick pair you couldn't see down to the 'skin' through the shearling if you folded it, on the other you could, very easily.) Possibly as a result of the thinner shearling, one pair of boots 'flopped' outward on the part next to the leather loop EMU brand tags.

My girlfriend absolutely loves her EMUs! She had a pair of Uggs prior to this, but likes the EMUs even more! She says the fleece lining and overall fit are better for her narrow feet. The price was great and Zappos.com's prompt shipping was superb!

I have two pairs of these boots. One in gray bought at a ridiculous discount from another, ahem, site and this pair purchased first from Zappos. Love them! They are comfortable and suitable for the mild winter we are having this year. The styling sets them apart from the teenage Ugg crowd and I have to say I love saying no, they aren't Uggs. One slight issue with the gray pair, some of the stitching came loose, but I am sure my shoe guy can fix it right up. I wear these with thin socks because they are less roomy than you would imagine and my feet would cook otherwise.
