Bought these boots last year - LOVED the look - not too bulky. BUT...They have absolutely NO support! Just wearing them to my office was painful, like walking on concrete all day long. ALL of the buttons fell off too - had to sew them back on by hand. Definitely not impressed with Sporto - wouldn't buy again, that's for sure!

These seemed to fit true to size lengthwise, but the heel area was very loose and floppy as I walked, so I had to return them. Don't know why they fit weirdly like that... But what a shame. They are so cute.

I was so excited to find such a cute boot for my college aged daughter. Unfortunately, they fit really weird. the toe is narrow and the heel width is enormous. She was really bummed but she would walk right out of these boots.

I loved these boots online, but when I ordered them they fell off my feet when I walked, even in a smaller size than I normally wear. I wanted to wear them with the sweater part fully up, but after a few hours on the first day the sweater part started to droop and slouch. They also made my calves and shins hurt when I only wore them for three hours. Good in theory, bad in execution.

I love the shoes. I did not experience any of the issues that some of the others did. I thought that they were comfortable and warm. The only problem that I had was one of my buttons came off.

I had to get a half size larger because of the squished toe of the boot, but besides that, I think they are comfortable - even being six months pregnant. I don't like how low they slouch... you can see my socks, even in skinny jeans - and so far, I've lost THREE buttons and have not even had them a month yet! Trying to find some way to get ahold of SPORTO.
Brands I'd also recommend: never have a problem with Nine West

I've had tons of compliments on these boots which get more comfortable with each time I wear them.They are very warm and still look great even though I've worn them in sloppy snowy weather. My whole experience with Zappos has been great. I highly recommend this company!

Exactly what I wanted. A sturdy rubber sole and warm upper for cold weather. We don't get snow, so didn't need waterproof.

I love these boots. I bought them in preparation of winter because my boots broke last year, but so far I'm loving these and they are worth every penny I spent on them. They're super warm and feel amazing. It's like wearing slippers, but they're wicked stylish at the same time.

I was really excited to wear them up, showing the buttons, but the knit is really loose so it hung around my ankle not even slouching. The sole is really stiff and the boot didn't really grab my foot so it felt kind of awkward. I'm sure they would wear in fine but I'm going to look for another boot.

Very cute boots! Very uncomfortable! They were very stiff and rigid with absolutely no arch support. I was extremely disappointed with this purchase and returned it to Zappos ASAP!

Great idea for a boot and my wife was really excited about the style, but the knitted top does not stay up at all. Completely slouched all the way down around the ankle right out of the box. The wife didn't even wear them once before we sent them back.
