Originally ordered a 7.5 but had to return (this shoe runs really small/narrow). Thought CS was going to be a hassle nope they were great! Easy return with no hassle. Love Zappos! Will definitely shop again.

Definitely order 1/2 size down from your normal shoe size. Felt unusually claustrophobic for an Ugg shoe, but after walking around the house in them for 5 minutes, they felt great. Love the sneaker feel and the distressed denim.

Lovely boots. Nice for summer and the color blue is great with denim shorts and a white top. I sized up to 10 because of the fur inside. Enjoy.

This pair of shoes is much more comfortable than I thought! So soft! Better than other kinds of boots. The red color looks great and standing out. Also, it's really warm -- the day it arrived, I even dreamed of the color in my dream!

Bought these about a month ago, love them! First pair of Uggs, and first time ordering from Zappos. What a great experience with Zappos, Jessica who took my order was so helpful, and she even sent me a Valentine's card as a follow-up to my order. I will definitely order from Zappos again, and if the price is right another pair of Uggs. These are not as thick as other Uggs, but the fact that they aren't the same old Uggs is refreshing!

I love the fact that they are so different than the classic Uggs that everyone has. They are very comfy and fit my feet just right. I have wide short calves and can not roll them all the way up. However, they still look so cute with the fur showing.

I wasn't a really big fan of Uggs. I had the Classic ones when they first became popular and was a bit apprehensive about getting another pair since the quality of Uggs in my opinion has gone down. I ordered black ones. At first I didn't like the feel of the material on the outside, but once I tried them on I was pleasantly surprised. I read other reviews and decided to go with my normal size, which fit perfectly. There is minimal arch support, but they were still very comfortable. I might just get the Chestnut color ones!

I already had the brown color and I loved it, so I ordered the black as well. These are not as comfortable as traditional Uggs. They seem to have less support but they are still comfortable and I love that they don't look as bulky as the Classic Uggs.

I love these boots, they feel great and fit great. I love the option of a different color (red) than the usual Ugg colors. They are very warm and look awesome on. I get compliments when I wear these boots to work. I usually wear a size 10 but others who own these boots said to go down 1/2 size. They were right.
