I wear a 7 but my last Uggs were a size 6 and fit great, so I ordered a size 6 in this style. They were too small. I\'ll send them back and get a 7.

So I ordered these in Fig in an 8. I always order a size down and it always works, but for some reason they were way tight, so I called to exchange them only to sadly find there are no more in Fig in a 9, so I got black. Not only is Zappos way #1 in customer service, friendliness and speed of delivery (got the boots 24 hours later!) but Zappos never fails to find another way to wow me. The original boots were on sale, the black were not...they didn't charge me the difference! Best place to shop ever! Thank you for existing, Zappos, you have renewed my faith in good customer service and a well-structured company!

I love these boots! The black/gold color is great because it matches with anything and it has that little bit of feminine sparkle. The knit material and the sheepskin makes it so comfortable - I feel like I'm walking on air! I love how you can wear these boots in a few different ways - up, folded down, or slouched down. Ugg makes boots that possess quality and beauty - and these boots are a prime example!

I adored these shoes when I got them from Zappos back in November (which was amazing customer service as per usual). However, I sadly was only able to wear them a handful of times until they stretched out so much that I can't wear them anymore. They no longer stay up and even wearing leggings under them, they fall right off. I definitely recommend going down a size because even if they fit right off the bat, they will get bigger.

I love Uggs but I'm not a huge fan of the classics, though I do have a pair. I think these are way cuter and just as comfy. I love that you can fold them down or pull them up. They are great for fall and also winter. For me, these fit true to size. I usually wear a 6 - 6.5, and a 6 in these was perfect.

They are a wonderful looking boot; they are not at all what I imagined. If the ground was even a slight bit wet so was my foot, if you rub up against something they unravel.

I love these. They're extremely comfortable. I haven’t worn them much and haven't had the sagging problem a couple other reviewers have mentioned. I would definitely buy them again.

Like other reviewers have said, these boots have no support. The plushy sheepskin lining on the footbed packs down pretty quickly to the point where these aren't comfortable at all. They might suit you as slippers to wear around the house, but forget spending a day walking around in them; they're worthless.

Unlike other reviewers, I found these to be true to size, at least if I want to wear socks. One size smaller than my usual size worked fine barefoot, but was too tight with socks. I like these and use them as Wisconsin-Winter slippers. It is a little strange that the soft, sweater-like upper is attached to such a board-stiff sole - a bit overkill for this particular style. But they are still comfy.

I love these Uggs; I've owned a few pairs and these are my favorite. Great for the fall and true to the Ugg sizing. I wear a 6 1/2 and I bought the 6. I would buy them again! No arch support but if you've bought Uggs before, you already know this.

Adorable boot, but unfortunately must agree with the other reviewers. I wore these boots one time with leggings and they would not stay up. I decided to return because that will get quite annoying if worn for long periods. Hope you have better luck! Also, I ordered one full size smaller and fit perfectly. Still love Zappos' amazing service though!

These are comfy and more of a house shoe than an outdoor shoe. They look good with jeans, though; no arch support keeps you from wearing then all day unlike other UGG shoes.

These are very nice boots! I am usually a size 7.5, but I have a pair of the classic Uggs in size 7, so I ordered size 7 of these. When I first got them, they felt tight, so I ordered a size up, but the size 8 was far too big. However, after wearing them once, the size 7 boots stretched out a bit (not noticeably) to make them more comfortable. Obviously these wouldn't be good for snow or rain, but they are a good addition to an outfit that needs a slouchy feel to it. These are perfect with a giant shirt and a pair of leggings. The downsides to these boots are 1) you can't wear them in the rain or in the snow, and 2) whenever I fold the boots up to knee length, they make my legs look strange. However, these boots are great for casual wear. Also, to keep the folded over part from dragging on the ground, I sewed the boots to stop them from getting frayed. Bottom line is: I love my new Uggs!
