Really nice looking shoe and comfortable to wear but it began squeak after a few days of wearing almost as if something broke in the sole\'s infrastructure. Perhaps I got a defective pair but besides that it\'s a good buy. Oh if you\'re looking for a high gloss shine, this is not the shoe for you.

Wow! That's all I have to say about the customer service. This company leaves me speechless in a good way. Now about these shoes, the make me feel like a superstar. I love the look. The fit is perfect with a Dr. Scholl's insert. They didn't take very long to break in. I do use them almost every day, for the last couple few months, and I remain satisfied!

I got these for my thirteen year old son and he loved them. After my son had worn them a few times I decided to get a pair for my self since they looked so good. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who has to dress up for work every day or for someone who wants to look like a snappy dresser on their own time.

Some may feel it feels a half size larger if not accustomed to wearing slip-on style shoes. I prefer the slightly looser fit as long as the heel doesn't lift too noticeably. As with all slip-ons, don't have to deal with laces and much cleaner and refined look. The metal hardware is more subtle than Ferragamo's which I can appreciate, again lending to its cleaner and refined look. Worn for a year now as my daily shoe through the streets of NYC. Leather quality seems pretty good, doesn't look worn like Kenneth Cole's leather can after a year. I also maintain my shoes well - bi-weekly shines and monthly replacement of taps. Would buy again.

Why does the heel squeak when I walk?! I just started wearing them today, and by the time I got to my office it sounded like a chew toy was stuck in the heel. It is very embarrassing.
