A friend was wearing these shoes and said that she loved them so I thought I would try them since my Reefs were getting pretty worn out after 5 years of wear. I read all the reviews and decided to order a 10 although I usually wear a 10.5-11. Quite a few people said they smaller size fit fine. They were too small. So I called Zappos that night at 7pm and exchanged them for a size 11. I got the new pair at 3pm the next day! How easy was that? Zappos is awesome! I will send the size 10 back as soon as I get the return label. Overall these shoes feel extremely comfortable. The arch support is great for flip flops and they aren't too floppy because the strap is a great fit. Some people said the toe area is too long but I think if you have average to longish toes, they will fit fine. They will look great with sorts or a summery dress. Just enough detail to make them semi dressy. I hope to get as many years of use out of these as my Reefs. They were my favorite until they made them more narrow. I wish there was a way to buy the old style. Oh well, I think I love these Keens. Thanks Zappos for great customer service!

I already own 2 of these in a size 8 and thought I'd stock up on another pair because I love them so much. Best flip flop ever! But these were really short - a full 1/4" shorter than the other pairs. Had to return them.

These run small. I'm always a size 8 or even 7.5 but my heel hangs off the back. I love them though and hope I can exchange them. They will be cute and comfy if I can get the right size.

Love this sandal! First I bought the brown one. A little worried since I haven't had a sandal go between my toe in years! This was comfortable from day one! Loved this sandal so much that I decided to buy another pair! I have learned that sometimes you can't find the same sandals you love from year to year! They discontinue them so that is why I got another pair! Would have bought a pair in brown too but they were out of stock. I love this sandal and I love Keens!

Love my Keen Flip Flops! I had a pair of Uggs that were my favorites but it was time to replace them. Very happy with these. Front of the soles started separating but I called Zappos and they replaced them right away!

I love these shoes! Super cute and extremely comfortable, they go with just about anything. They don't come in half sizes, though, so go a size up.

The Keen florence flip is a wonderful shoe. It actually has a bit of an arch support for being a flip flop. I have been able to wear these without any break in time and they have been very comfortable. They are well made, seem to run true to size, and are attractive for casual wear. I am pleased with my purchase and definitely would buy more.

This fits perfectly and is much sturdier than your basic flip-flop. It is holding up well to the water exposure, though I am being careful with that. What you would expect from Keen.

These are totally comfortable and exceptionally well made. I can wear these all day and never have the first issue. In fact, I have been known to walk around Legoland all day with these puppies on and they were so stylish and easy on the feet. The coral color is faded just enough to not be an eye sore glaring and screaming "Look at me! Look at me!" The color is nice, and there is fine detailing as well.

Needed a flip flop type sandal that would be comfortable for walking and this is it! Nice arch support, straps hug the foot so there isn't any sliding on the foot bed and the sole has some cushion to it. Comfortable from the start! Zappos shipping is amazing-ordered the shoe about 8:30 am and it was delivered the next day just after lunch!

Love this flip-flop! It's more supportive that you'd guess from the photo. The subtle pattern on the straps and the cute flower button add some class. If you're a half-size like me, definitely order up to the next whole size and might be too short otherwise.

Love all Keen shoes and these are no exception. Your heel will sit at the back of the shoe and there is a lot of room at the front - not a sizing problem just their way of protecting your toes. Give them a day to break in the strap between the toes. Haven't taken them off since then! Detailing is feminine but not obvious and flower-shaped coconut buttons are just right.
