First, let me just say Zappos is wonderful and they have an amazing return policy and system. With that said, I just returned the pair of these that I purchased. I love New Balance and own two pairs of 11 wides so I didn't hesitate to order these in the same size. They are short. If I choose to reorder these, I will have to go up at least a half size if not more.

I am very happy with these shoes. I use them for walking and aerobics/dancing. They have good support and are not overpriced.

I've been buying New Balance shoes for walking for years now. I'm a little disappointed with these, but I'll keep them. They feel a bit narrow compared to previous pairs. That could be because this pair was one of the cheapest "models". Zappos delivery was great, as usual.

NEW BALANCE WW410I ordered these shoes from Zappos after trying unsuccessfully to find black New Balance shoes locally at a reasonable price. Service was very quick. Product was as described. I am very happy with their service and will probably return to purchase other products from them. The shoe felt a little tight on the side when I first put them on, but I wore them all day without a problem.

Horrible! New Balance is by far my favorite non-dress shoe brand and always a go-to. They're just that comfortable; I rarely end up buying or considering other brands. I wish I could return these shoes! I tried them out at home, sure, and even on a tile floor. Of course, it's not til I've walked to work and actually do a shift that I realize they are awful. I'm very surprised that these are a New Balance product, or that NB would ever approve them for market. My feet are killing me after an hour of waiting tables. I'm young, and have never encountered this problem before. I wish I could elucidate the physics and anatomy of what's wrong with them, but I'm still trying to figure that out. I just know that each part of my foot hurts after work, and with some variation in how, and intensity.Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Do you find it difficult to get your exercise gear to match those colorful running shoes? Most of the companies have all sorts of stripes and colored heels and such any more you look like a bag of M&M's in your neon stuff. I looked all over for a plain pair of white ones and then to top it off in my size 11. I finally said OK, let me try the internet. Zappos comes up and I found what I needed in about 5 minutes. My first order and they arrived in just a few short days . In fact even before they were reported to be delivered. So as I am thrilled with my first Zappos purchase I want to tell you not to hesitate at all in placing an order with them. Great service, great price, delivered to the door. Can the rest of my problems be solved this easy? I wish!

Perfect size. My feet are smaller. My old shoes hurt my feet, these are comfortable all day at work!

I love this shoe! It's very stylish and not old lady looking. It's the perfect shoe for someone looking for a stylish young looking shoe with excellent comfort. In my opinion, this is the best looking sneaker on the market. I am not athletic whatsoever, but I love wearing sneakers and I can't stand how sneaker companies are always trying to make sneakers all colorful and flashy. These are perfect because they match with anything and I love how they do not have much fabric on the outside (good for keeping clean). Overall, the best sneaker I have ever purchased and the most fashionable as well as very reasonable in price.

As always Zappos was great. I bought these shoes for Ultrasound school and I had to have shoes that were all white. I prefer Saucony shoes but had heard good things about New Balance. For most people these will probably be comfortable but I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot and I don't think the arch support in these is great. Overall, these are good shoes and I have not had too much pain but if I did not have my orthotics, I think I would. Next time, when I don't have the need for all white shoes, I'll still with Saucony's.

Best wide width sneaker I have ever discovered. Much better than Nike's Wide Width sneakers because they are rounded at the toes.

I ordered these shoes yesterday and got them today! I cannot believe it. I love them. I have bad arthritis in my feet now and the rounded front really makes it more comfortable and my toes are not squished, which is very painful. I also love that these do not have the mesh in them. They are horrible in the rain, etc. and my feet get soaked. I will definitely buy from Zappos again and recommend the company to my friends. Merry Christmas.
