I have worn my shoes twice so far. The weather in Chicago has been in the 70s but I spend all day in air conditioning. I had to take these shoes for a test drive and they are very comfortable. I think they will look great with my skirts and tights this fall. I ordered them in brown, size 11, and they fit great. The toe is pointed but it did not squeeze my foot. The leather was very soft. I've worn them with jeans and a long tee and they looked great. I felt sexy! I totally recommend these shoes.

Love the boots. They were comfortable right out of the box. The leather is nice-looking. Also, the height of both the boots and the heels is just about right. I've gotten many compliments on these boots and like them so much that I'm planning to buy them in the other colors.

Very comfortable. Beautifully made. Pretty true to size. If anything a shade smaller but that is probably due to the semi-pointed toe. I love them!

I had been looking for this type of boot in brown, but could not find what I was looking for. I have never ordered from Zappos but have browsed their site. The boots arrived very quickly even though I chose standard shipping. They are just what I was looking for. I bought a 1/2 size up from my usual size so I can put on heavier socks. They look great with jeans and cords and the heel is just the right height. I wish they came in red. I would not hesitate to order from Zappos again.

I really like these boots. Very comfortable. They're just the right boot to wear everyday with jeans tucked in or out. They have the perfect size heel, not too flat and not too high. The sizing was a bit off for me though. I usually wear a 6 1/2 or 7. I tried the 6 1/2 on in a department store and they were too tight so I ordered the size 7 and they are slightly big on me, but I decided to keep them anyway.

Great boot! Very comfortable fit and nice leather work. At first, I ordered a 9 because my feet are wide, but that size slipped in the heel area. Zappos was really fast and convenient for returns. The 8.5 fits really well and is wide enough for my feet. Love these Franco Sarto boots.
