These slippers were just what I was looking for: a warm shearling slipper with a bit of a heel and arch support! I was so happy when I tried them on. However, I normally wear a size 8 or 8.5. This pair was an 8, but my toes were too close to the top without socks on. I'm sending them back for the next larger size. I hope they're not too big!

Best slippers I have ever had! Non-slip bottoms are great for running out for the paper in the mornings! Not a warmer, better fitting slipper out there. I am (was) a dedicated Old Friend wearer. No more, I love these Acorns!

These rock! I hate cold feet and these are warm and comfortable. Can wear them outside when needed and have great arch support. Were a little snug at first, but have molded to my feet to keep my toes warm and toasty. I tried many brands before stumbling on to these. Workmanship is beautiful. Would buy again.

Love them. So far they stay on my feet with out slipping off, which is what I wanted. They are also stylish and I like that too. I've been wearing them for about an hour now and my feet are warm, but dry. They might be a little pricey, but they are worth it. I am used to wearing Minnetonkas and will buy another pair of them again in the future, these are just what I happen to be looking for more than what Minnetonka has. I like these over the Uggs as well!

Because of the removable insole I could use my custom orthotic. Comfortable roomy around the toes, great support. I usually wear a 7.5 (38) and the 7 fit fine.

I love these slippers, and they are very comfortable, warm, and mold right to your feet. But I am on my third pair and may have to send them back yet again and just try another brand. The stitching has come loose on two of the three pairs, including the ones I currently have, and the suede actually tore out the side along the stitching on the last pair I had. I am not doing any crazy activity in these, just walking around the house, and for some reason they keep coming apart. It is very frustrating since I love these slippers and keep hoping that one pair will work out, but I am not sure that will be the case. So before you spend a lot of money on a pair of slippers, be aware that they do not seem to have been put together very well.

The Acorn Mikka slipper/shoes are very cute. They look a bit Scandinavian and are a bit more stylish than other shearling-types. I ordered a half size larger than I usually wear and they're a perfect fit. They are warm and cozy and I really like that they're absolutely silent with every footfall.

These are really cozy and cute, but they aren't real sheepskin or wool. It's sort of ambiguous in the details, but the fleece isn't a natural product (which doesn't have the same qualities as wool). But, the insoles come out, so they can be replaced with shearling later down the road. Other than that, the quality looks pretty good. The rubber on the bottom has lots of grip, so you won't slip and it's quiet, so there's none of the shuffling sound.

These are the MOST comfortable slippers I have ever had. The are super soft and still support my feet well. Warm, but not too hot.

Love these slippers! They are perfection. Very comfy, warm and sturdy, and the thick sole allows one to wear them for short jaunts outside if need be. Adorable styling, too. Recommend!

My feet are happy and so am I! I tried two other pairs of slippers from Zappos (EMU Australia Cuddles in size 8 and the Acorn Faux Chinchilla Bootie in size WL). Both of those slipped off my size 8 feet. But these, though more expensive, are fantastic. The crepe sole is quiet and travels from the house to driveway or the compost bin with no problem. The shearling lining cuddles my feet in warmth without making them sweat. Truly, I feel happy when I slip my feet into them.

I bought this for my mother-in-law. I loved the style of them and thought the rubber sole would provide real traction as opposed to most slippery-soled slippers. She liked the style & that feature too and said they are warm and cozy. The craftsmanship, however, left something to be desired. The stitching unraveled where the top of the slipper meets the side/corner edge. There seems to be no support stitching under the decorative stitching and it isn't sufficient to hold the slipper together. She really liked them so we've returned the first pair and are hoping the second pair will be better made. I will post a review after she's had a chance to try the replacement pair.

Just like another customer stated, these are very nice looking and very comfortable. Sometimes they have kept my feet too warm. But I loved that! What I didn't like is the stitching started unraveling where the toe and the sides meet and once it starts, it doesn't stop. I will be exchanging them for something else because of that only. I will not take the chance it won't happen with another pair especially since I've now read it's happened to others.
